Welcome to the Keychron BM25 Wireless Mouse User Manual. This guide provides comprehensive instructions on how to set up, use, and maintain your Keychron BM25 mouse.

Product Overview
The Keychron BM25 is a versatile wireless mouse designed for comfort and performance, offering multiple connectivity options.

Connection Modes
Wired Mode
When the mode switch is in the wired position, the mouse will not respond if the cable is not connected.
To connect in wired mode:
- Connect the Type-C cable to the mouse's Type-C port and the other end to a USB port on your device.
- The mouse is ready to use once the indicator light turns on.
Note: When connected by cable, the mouse defaults to wired mode even if the toggle is set to Bluetooth or 2.4GHz mode.

2.4GHz Mode
To connect using the 2.4GHz receiver:
- Switch the mouse's bottom toggle to the "2.4G" mode. The mouse will automatically enter 2.4GHz pairing mode, and the mouse indicator will slowly flash green.
- Connect the 2.4GHz receiver to a USB port on your device. Once successfully connected, the mouse indicator will turn solid green for 3 seconds before dimming off.
- In 2.4GHz pairing mode, the mouse indicator will slowly blink green for up to 3 minutes. If the mouse is not connected within this time, the indicator will turn off.
To re-pair the connection:
- Hold the "Pair button" for 3 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
- If you need to repair the connection, first unplug the 2.4GHz receiver. Then, hold the "Pair button" for 3 seconds until the mouse indicator starts flashing green. Finally, plug the 2.4GHz receiver back in to complete the pairing process.
Note: It is recommended to keep the mouse within 20cm of the receiver when pairing in 2.4GHz mode.

Bluetooth Mode
To connect via Bluetooth:
- Switch the mouse's bottom toggle to the "?" (Bluetooth) mode. The mouse will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, and the mouse indicator will slowly flash blue.
- On your device, open Bluetooth settings, search for a device named "Keychron BM25", and click "connect" to complete pairing.
- When in Bluetooth pairing mode, the mouse indicator will slowly blink blue for up to 3 minutes. If not connected within this time, the indicator will turn off.
To reconnect or pair with a new device:
- Hold the "Pair button" for 3 seconds to re-enter pairing mode. The mouse indicator will slowly blink blue.
- You can then connect your new device to the mouse.

Indicators
Status Indicator
The mouse indicator light provides information about its connection status and power level.

DPI Indicator
The DPI indicator changes color based on the selected DPI level.

Report Rate Indicator
The report rate (polling rate) of the mouse can be indicated by the LED color.

Note: There is no physical report rate indicator on the BM25 mouse. To modify the report rate, configure it via the mouse driver software.
Features
Auto-Sleep Mode
The mouse will not enter auto-sleep mode when in wired mode. In 2.4GHz or Bluetooth mode, the mouse will automatically enter auto-sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity to save battery. Move or click the mouse to wake it up.
Driver Software
You can download the Keychron BM25 mouse driver from launcher.keychron.com. If the driver software cannot connect to the mouse, please contact Keychron for technical support.
How to Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset, simultaneously hold down both the "DPI button" and the "Pair button" for 3 seconds. The mouse's overall LED light will blink three times, indicating that the factory reset was successful.

Charging Indicator Explanation

The mouse is compatible with all USB ports. For the best signal and charging speed, connecting to a USB 3.0 port is recommended when charging or in use.
If the mouse is connected via USB Type-C cable for charging but is not paired with any devices:
- The mouse indicator will stay RED while charging.
- The mouse indicator will stay GREEN when fully charged.
Note: The product supports up to 5V charging voltage and 300mA charging current. Keychron is not responsible for any issues caused by improper recharging.
