Welcome to your new Cubot X19 S smartphone. This guide will help you get started and explore its features.

Remember to follow all safety regulations for airports and flights. Do not use your phone during flight.

Do not use your mobile phone near fuels or chemicals.

Danger

Do not use in potentially explosive areas.

Use only CUBOT-authorized batteries and accessories.

Backup

Remember to back up all important information.

Water

Your phone is not waterproof. Keep it away from water and liquids.

SOS Calls

Ensure your mobile phone is turned on and in a service area. Tap the phone button on the home screen, select 911, and send.

Getting Started

Introduction

Ensure the SIM card is properly inserted. Press and hold the Power button to turn the phone on.

Powering On/Off

To turn on, press and hold the Power button. To turn off, press and hold the Power button until a menu appears, then select "Power off" and confirm.

Security

You can set up a security lock feature. For details on password locks, pattern locks, and other functions, refer to the Security option in System Settings.

Core Functions

Call Function

Enter the phone number on the dial pad and tap the dial button. To add an international dialing prefix, press and hold the '0' key to add a '+' sign.

Call History

Every dialed and received number is saved in the history. Numbers can be dialed directly from the history. Tap a number to view details.

Call Options

In the dial interface, tap the MORE button to access settings for speed dial and call management. Use the search button ? to browse contacts or set default contact resources.

Contacts

Access contacts via the application menu. Contacts are organized alphabetically and can be searched using the search icon ?. You can add new contacts by tapping the '+' icon, saving them to your Google Account, phone, or SIM card. Enter details like name, number, image, address, and email.

Messages

Exchange text messages (SMS) and multimedia messages (MMS). Messages from the same contact are grouped into conversations.

Send SMS

Navigate to Messaging > New Message. Enter the recipient (from contacts or new number), compose your message, and send.

Send MMS

When adding attachments, messages automatically convert to MMS. Tap the attachment icon ? to add files.

Internet Browser

Navigate web pages, manage tabs, and use bookmarks. Options include:

Bluetooth & Wi-Fi

Bluetooth is a short-range wireless technology for device communication.

Turn on Bluetooth

Go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it on. The Bluetooth icon  will appear. Tap "Search for devices" to find nearby devices. Connected devices are listed.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and toggle it on. Tap a desired Wi-Fi network to connect. Secured networks require a password.

Camera

Insert an SD card before using the camera for ample storage. Photos and videos are typically saved to the SD card.

Open Camera

Access the camera via the application menu. Switch to video mode for recording videos. A camera shortcut can be placed on any screen.

Take Photos

Aim at the subject and press the shutter button. Photos are saved in the camera gallery. Adjust camera settings via the menu icon ⋮. Switch between photo and video galleries.

Gallery

Access the Gallery via the application menu.

Share Images

Share images via installed applications, MMS, or Bluetooth.

Adjust Image

Use the "Edit" option to adjust images with various effects like Black & White, Sepia, Crop, Rotate, Mirror, and more. Adjust brightness, contrast, and saturation.

Crop Images

Use cropping tools to resize images. Pinch to zoom or drag corners to maintain proportions.

Music

Access Music via the application menu. Search for music by artist, song name, or album name. Supported formats include AMR, MIDI, MP3, WAV, and OGG.

Recorder

Record voice or audio. Recordings are saved in the Music program's recording folder. Use the recorder to set audio as a default ringtone. Supported formats include 3GPP and OGG.

Alarm

Access the Alarm function via the clock icon in the application menu. You can set, edit, or delete alarms.

Tap to add alarms, edit alarms, or delete alarms.

Apps and Services

Google Play

Download music, movies, and games from Google Play. Sign in with your Google Account to access the store.

Storage and Connectivity

Connecting to PC

Connect your phone to a PC using the provided USB cable. Select MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode on the phone to transfer files.

Regulatory Information

FCC Compliance

This mobile phone complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: it must not cause harmful interference, and it must accept any interference received. This device has been tested and meets Class B digital device limits. Modifications not expressly approved may void user authority to operate the equipment.

RF Exposure Information (SAR)

This phone meets government requirements for radio wave exposure. The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. Tests are performed in standard operating positions. The highest reported SAR value for this model when used at the ear is 0.39 W/kg, and when worn on the body is 0.73 W/kg. Ensure the phone is used with accessories that do not contain metal and is positioned at least 1.5 cm from the body when worn.
