2. Download and Install ANCEL App

Download the ANCEL Echo app by scanning the QR code or searching for 'ANCEL Echo' in the App Store or Google Play Store. The app is free to download.

ANCEL Echo supports numerous third-party applications, including Car Scanner, Torque, OBD Fusion, DashCommand, and Infocar. Compatibility with other applications may also exist. For detailed information on compatibility, please contact ANCEL.

3. Connection Steps

Follow these steps to connect your ANCEL Echo device:

  1. Start the engine.
  2. Insert the Echo device into the vehicle's OBD port.
  3. Observe the device indicator light, which displays three colors: red, blue, and green:

    • Blinking blue light: Indicates that Bluetooth is communicating.

  • Deep Scan: Performs deep scans on the latest equipped and supported vehicle systems.

  • If your vehicle lacks a VIN code, confirm the selected vehicle in the upper left corner is correct before running enhanced diagnosis. If the vehicle is not created, create it first.
  • Subsequent runs of 'Quick Diagnosis' and 'System Selection' will include the latest equipped vehicle system after completing a deep scan.

Operating steps:

  1. Start the engine and insert the Echo device into the OBD port.
  2. Observe the device indicator light (Green: power applied; Blinking blue: Bluetooth communicating; Continuous blue: connected successfully).
