Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Drawer Slides to Panel A

Attach two CRx2 drawer slides to panel A using four Nx4 screws. Then, attach two CRx1 drawer slides to panel A using two Nx2 screws.

Step 2: Attach Drawer Slides to Panel B

Attach two CLx2 drawer slides to panel B using four Nx4 screws. Then, attach two CLx1 drawer slides to panel B using two Nx2 screws.

Step 3: Assemble Base Structure

Attach three G panels to the base panel (labeled 'b') using Jx6 dowels and Kx6 screws. Then, attach panel 'a' to this structure using Jx6 dowels and Kx6 screws.

Step 4: Assemble Cabinet Frame

Attach the side panels to the base panel using Lx6 screws to form the main cabinet frame.

Step 5: Attach Back Panel

Secure the back panel (C) to the assembled cabinet frame using Jx4 dowels and Kx4 screws.

Step 6: Attach Top Frame

Attach the top frame panels to the cabinet structure using Lx4 screws.

Step 7: Install Drawer Runners

Attach the drawer runners (D) to the inside surfaces of the cabinet. Use Mx16 screws for attachment. A 180° rotation symbol indicates orientation.

Step 8: Assemble Drawer Box

Assemble the drawer box by joining panels F, H, and I using Kx8 screws. A magnified view shows the connection detail for drawer sides to the front/back panels.

Step 9: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawer Box

Attach the drawer runners (Lx8) to the assembled drawer box using Lx16 screws.

Step 10: Attach Drawer Front/Back

Attach the drawer front/back panel (C) to the drawer box using one Ox1 cam lock and one Px1 screw. The diagram shows a cam lock mechanism (Ox2, Px2) for securing.

Step 11: Install Drawer Runners (Alternate)

Attach drawer runners (E) to the drawer box using Mx16 screws.

Step 12: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer and Cabinet

Attach drawer slides (DLx1) to the drawer box using Nx2 screws. Attach drawer slides (DLx2) to the cabinet using Nx4 screws.

Step 13: Attach Drawer Slides (Alternate)

Attach drawer slides (DRx1) to the drawer box using Nx2 screws. Attach drawer slides (DRx2) to the cabinet using Nx4 screws.

Step 14: Final Assembly

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet. The final diagram shows the completed nightstand with two drawers.
