Note

Synchronize Remote Sensors with the Base Station

Note: Each time batteries are replaced or connection is lost, follow this synchronization process to pair and reconnect the base station and remote sensor:

  1. Position the remote sensor near the base station.
  2. Once batteries are installed in the base station, the RF signal icon ? (top left of the display) will flash for 3 minutes, indicating synchronization mode.
  3. If the RF signal icon stops flashing after 3 minutes, press and hold the CHANNEL/SYNC button on the back of the base station for 3-4 seconds until the icon flashes again to re-enter synchronization mode.
  4. Install batteries in the remote sensor, wait a moment, or press the TX or RESET button inside the battery compartment. The remote sensor's temperature/humidity will display on the base station, indicating synchronization is complete.
  5. For additional remote sensors, repeat the above steps (up to 3 sensors can be registered per base station).
  6. If more than one sensor is registered, press CHANNEL/SYNC on the base station to select the desired channel for permanent display. Press until a circular arrow appears under the channel number, indicating auto-scroll mode (each channel displayed for 5 seconds).

Note: When synchronizing additional sensors, the unit will auto-scroll channels for the first three minutes, after which you can select a channel or auto-scroll mode.

Place the Base Station and Remote Sensor

  1. The indoor base station (receiver) should always be placed in a well-ventilated indoor area, away from vents, heating/cooling elements, direct sunlight, windows, doors, or other openings.
  2. The remote sensor (transmitter) can be placed on a flat surface indoors or outdoors. Ensure it is within transmission range of the base station with minimal obstructions.
  3. Both the base station and remote sensor can be wall-mounted.

Note: Although the remote sensor is rain-proof, it must always be placed upwards so rain does not enter through the vent holes on the bottom, which are essential for accurate and quick environmental detection.

Maximum & Minimum Recorded Temperature & Humidity

  1. Press MAX/MIN/Clear once to display the highest indoor and outdoor temperatures/humidity recorded since the last reset. MAX is shown.
  2. Press MAX/MIN/Clear again to display the lowest indoor and outdoor temperatures/humidity. MIN is shown.
  3. To clear and reset max/min records, press and hold MAX/MIN/Clear for 3 seconds when MAX or MIN is displayed.
  4. When MAX or MIN is displayed, press ALL-TIME/24 once to set the data record interval between ALL TIME or 24 hours. Note: ALL TIME and 24 hours represent the time since the last manual clear or battery installation.
