Promotion Overview

This promotion applies to specific Samsung white goods and screens purchased from authorized dealers during the "Chagim 2025" period. The offer provides an extended maintenance service for the purchased product, commencing after the statutory warranty period expires.

Promotion Details

Promotion Period: July 31, 2025, to October 4, 2025, or while supplies last. Newpro reserves the right to extend or shorten this period.

Eligible Products:

• White Goods: Refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Screens: Samsung screens (excluding 32-inch models).

All eligible products must be imported into Israel by Newpro.

Minimum Quantity: A minimum of 100 eligible units across all models must be sold for the promotion to be valid.

Service Benefit

Customers purchasing an eligible product will receive an extended maintenance service:

• White Goods: 4 years of maintenance service.
• Screens: 2 years of maintenance service.

The maintenance service is provided by Samsung Israel under the terms specified in the service certificate. Please note that the service does not cover damage to glass, rubber, metal, or plastic parts.

How to Claim the Benefit

To claim the extended maintenance service, customers must:

1. Visit the Newpro website and navigate to the "Claim Benefit" section.
2. Complete the registration form, providing full name, email address, residential address (including postal code), mobile number, and product serial number.
3. Attach a copy of the purchase invoice.
4. Registration must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date.

Upon successful registration and verification, the customer's eligibility will be confirmed, and the service certificate will be sent via email. Processing may take up to 30 business days.

Exclusions and Conditions

• This promotion is not valid for products purchased through employee unions, "Hever" club, special institutional sales, or unauthorized e-commerce sites.
• No compensation or credit will be given for the benefit or its non-utilization. The benefit cannot be exchanged for other offers or cash.
• Newpro may modify the promotion terms at its sole discretion, provided prior notice is given.
• By registering, customers consent to their personal information being shared with Samsung Israel and other third parties involved in service provision, installation, or support, for the purposes of the promotion and service delivery. Information will be stored and used by both Newpro and Samsung Israel in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
