Product Function

The diesel heater operates independently of the original engine system, powered by a 12-24V DC source. It features two control modes: Automatic and Manual.

The heater uses light diesel fuel and operates normally at temperatures above 40°F (4°C). It heats inhaled fresh air through a heat exchanger powered by burning fuel, then blows it where needed. Key advantages include compact structure, lightweight design, high thermal efficiency, economy of electricity and fuel, and easy installation.

Benefits for vehicles include preventing damage from sudden temperature drops, improving interior temperature, preheating engine coolant to reduce wear at low temperatures, aiding car interior thawing, easier starting, and defrosting car glass.

Internal Structure

The internal components of the diesel heater include:

(Diagram showing these components is present in the original document.)

Installation Position

Suggested installation positions vary by vehicle type:

Truck

  1. On the co-driver's legroom.
  2. On the back wall of the cab.
  3. Driver's seat backrest.
  4. Within the tool box.

RV

  1. In front of the passenger seat.
  2. Between the driver seat and passenger seat.
  3. Under the container (positions 3 & 4).
  4. In the trunk.

5 Seater/7 Seater Vehicles

The heater is mainly installed in the passenger room or baggage room. If not possible, fix it under the vehicle underside, being careful of splashing.

Excavator

Installation Precautions

No Side Installation

Side installation can lead to oil leaks, smoke, and carbon monoxide poisoning. Ensure a 10cm space around the heater for ventilation.

Installation Inside a Building

Power Supply Precautions

Manual Fuel Pumping Before Startup

The fuel line is long. Before the initial start, manually pump oil to the fuel inlet. Failure to do so may result in a 30+ minute delay for the heater to detect fuel. Once fuel is detected, the ignition plug will ignite it.

Over-pumping: Pumping too much fuel can cause white smoke. If this occurs, detach the fuel line, turn the heater on, let it stop naturally, then restart. Repeat until no smoke is emitted. Reconnect the fuel line.

After starting, continuously blow air into the air pipe until the heater functions normally. White smoke after operation may indicate a clogged atomizing net; clean or replace it.

Fuel Type

⚠️ It is recommended to use high-grade diesel fuel. Other fuels like kerosene, vegetable oil, gasoline, or waste oil are not suitable and may cause unpleasant odors or malfunction.

Exhaust Pipe Fixture Installation

(Diagrams and steps for exhaust pipe fixture installation are present in the original document: Step 1: Drill a 70mm hole, Step 2: Secure parts, Step 3: Create dovetail joint, Step 4: Installation complete.)

General Installation Warnings

(Diagrams showing correct/incorrect power connections (12V >12A) are present.)

Remote Control Operation Instructions

After the machine starts and heats up (3-5 minutes), it will operate normally. There are two types of remote controllers: standard and with Bluetooth function.

Standard Remote Control (Without Bluetooth)

Run Mode Declaration

The heater has Manual and Automatic constant temperature modes. In Automatic mode, it adjusts output power based on the temperature difference. In Manual mode, power is adjustable from Level 1 to 10. In Automatic mode, temperature is adjustable from 8-36°C (46.4-96.8°F).
