App
The SpeedyBee app is essential for configuration and updates.
Get the SpeedyBee App
Search for 'SpeedyBee' on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, download the Android .apk file from the official website: https://www.speedybee.com/download.
Connect the App
Once the app is installed and the SpeedyBee F745 35A BLS AIO is powered, open the app. It will search for nearby SpeedyBee devices. Select your 'SpeedyBee F745 AIO' from the list and tap 'Connect'. The app provides real-time telemetry, setup options, and firmware update capabilities.
Screenshots show the SpeedyBee app interface, including the initial screen with flight time ranking, a pop-up indicating "Found SpeedyBee F745 AIO" with a "Connect" button, and a detailed setup screen showing flight data like battery voltage, GPS status, and arming disable flags.
FC Firmware Update
Update your Flight Controller firmware using the SpeedyBee app for the latest features and bug fixes.
- Open the SpeedyBee app and navigate to the 'FC Firmware Flasher' section.
- Choose the firmware type (e.g., Betaflight, iNav).
- Select 'Load Firmware' and choose either the online option or a downloaded link.
- Ensure the correct firmware target (e.g., SPEEDYBEE F745_AIO) is selected.
- Connect your Flight Controller to the app (usually via Bluetooth, which may switch to Wi-Fi).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to flash the firmware. It is recommended to back up settings before flashing.
Screenshots illustrate the step-by-step process within the SpeedyBee app: selecting firmware type, loading firmware, connecting the flight controller, and the final firmware flashing progress bar indicating success.
BlackBox Analyzer
The SpeedyBee app includes a BlackBox Analyzer tool to review flight logs.
- Access the 'Blackbox Analyzer' from the app menu.
- You can load flight log data directly from the flight controller's built-in flash memory or an SD card.

Part 3 - ESC
Connection with Motors & Power Cable
Connect your motors and power source to the ESC pads on the SpeedyBee F745 35A BLS AIO.
- Motor Connections: Four sets of pads are labeled Motor 1, Motor 2, Motor 3, and Motor 4, corresponding to the respective motor outputs.
- Power Input: Use the XT30 connector with the provided XT30 Power Cable for battery connection (3-6S LiPo).
- Low ESR Capacitor: A Low ESR capacitor is included and strongly recommended for installation to prevent instantaneous voltage spikes on powering up, which could damage the AIO.
A diagram shows the AIO board with four motors connected to their respective pads. The XT30 power cable is shown connected to the battery input pads (BAT+ and BAT-). The recommended placement for the Low ESR capacitor is also indicated.
ESC Configuration
Configure your ESC settings using the SpeedyBee app's ESC Configurator.
- Open the SpeedyBee app and navigate to the 'ESC Configurator (8-bit)' section.
- Select your connection method: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
- Connect to your SpeedyBee F745 AIO. The app may prompt you to remove propellers and ensure ESCs are powered.
- Once connected, you can access the 'Configuration' tab to adjust general settings such as Startup Power, Temperature Protection, Low RPM Power Protection, and Brake on Stop.
- Other tabs allow for Motor Tests, Motor Timing adjustments, and Beacon settings.
- After making changes, click 'Save' to apply them.
