Assembly Instructions
- Step 1: Attach part 1 (base panel) using 6x 'A' screws.
- Step 2: Assemble the main cabinet structure. Connect side panels (3, 4, 7, 8) to the base (1) using 6x 'B' dowels and 6x 'C' dowels.
- Step 3: Attach the top panel (2) to the assembled sides using 6x 'C' dowels and 6x 'D' screws.
- Step 4: Construct the lower frame/support structure. Connect base supports (9) and crossbars (10, 13, 14) using 8x 'K' screws and the 'N' Allen key.
- Step 5: Attach the constructed lower frame to the main cabinet using 8x 'L' screws and the 'N' Allen key.
- Step 6: Insert shelf (6) into the cabinet, secured by 8x 'E' dowels.
- Step 7: Attach hinges (H) to the cabinet doors (11, 12). This involves using 4x 'G' brackets, 2x 'F' screws per door, and 8x 'J' screws per door.
- Step 8: Attach the cabinet doors (11, 12) to the main cabinet using the pre-attached hinges and 16x 'J' screws.
- Step 9: Attach feet/base supports using hardware P and R, and secure back panels or other components using screws M and O.
- Step 10: Finalize door attachment using 2x 'U' brackets and 2x 'D' screws.
Wall Mounting Guide
IMPORTANT: When drilling into walls, always check for hidden wires or pipes. Ensure screws and wall plugs are suitable for supporting the unit. If unsure, consult a qualified tradesperson.
TIPS: Use a recommended drill bit matching the wall plug and hole size. Exercise caution when drilling high walls, ceilings, and ceramic tiles; fit wall plugs below ceramic tiles to prevent cracking. Ensure wall plugs are well-fitted and secure.
