Product Overview

This document provides assembly instructions for the VonHaus 2500226 Wooden Garden Bench. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.

The product is intended for outdoor use and is not a toy or climbing structure. Adult supervision is required if children are present.

• 1: M6x70 Bolt (x4)
• 2: M6x80 Bolt (x4)

Hardware Sizing

The M6x80 bolts are longer than the M6x70 bolts.

Assembly Instructions

1. Step 1: Attach Seat Slats to First Side Frame

   Connect the seat slats (C) to one of the side frames (A). Insert two M6x80 bolts (2) through the designated holes in the side frame (A) and into the corresponding barrel nuts (3) pre-inserted into the seat slats (C). Use the Allen key (4) to tighten the bolts. Ensure the barrel nuts are correctly oriented as indicated by the checkmark ✔️ symbol, not the cross ❌ symbol.

2. Step 2: Attach Second Side Frame

   Attach the second side frame (A) to the other end of the seat slats (C). Use two M6x80 bolts (2) and two barrel nuts (3), tightening them with the Allen key (4) as in Step 1.

3. Step 3: Attach Backrest

   Attach the backrest (B) to the top of the side frames (A). Insert two M6x70 bolts (1) through the upper holes of each side frame (A) and into the backrest (B). Use the Allen key (4) to tighten the bolts. Ensure correct orientation as indicated by the checkmark ✔️ symbol, not the cross ❌ symbol.

Important Information

General Safety

The assembly pack contains small parts which can pose a choking hazard to children and pets. Place on solid and even ground. Only use in an upright stable position. Do not overload the product as this may result in damage to the product or personal injury.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Do not clean the product with any abrasive cloths or chemicals. Solvents or detergents can cause damage to the surface. Periodically check and re-tighten fittings where necessary. Re-tighten all fittings after the first week following assembly. To clean, sponge down with warm water, a soft cloth, and mild detergent. Ensure you have all the pieces listed.

Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority for recycling advice.
