The moment a new WMF coffee machine leaves the production line, it's far from the end of our quality promise. We develop and manufacture every machine to be a success factor for your business from day one. Our comprehensive and personal service ensures that every machine delivers reliable performance and consistently high coffee quality throughout its long service life.
Installation
With over 330 technicians, we have the largest in-house service organization for professional coffee machines in Europe. Regular training at the WMF training center ensures that expertise is constantly maintained at a high level. This makes our technicians "service specialists" who concentrate fully on the WMF machine range.
That's why our service technicians regularly and systematically inspect your machine, update software, descale it if necessary, and replace necessary spare and wear parts. The innovative digital platform WMF CoffeeConnect now also offers the possibility to control your machines efficiently and centrally. This allows you to get an overview of service and maintenance information at any time, regardless of your location, and to initiate appropriate measures if necessary.
Repair
All machines are installed by our highly qualified and experienced service technicians, who know exactly how to adapt the machines to the respective local conditions and your needs. Individual instruction on operation, cleaning, and care ensures that your staff know the machine in detail and can handle it optimally.
