How Long Does Coverage Last?
Every VEVOR product is backed by a 12-month warranty and a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Special circumstances regarding coverage will be clearly listed in the product's description.
How to Obtain Service?
If a customer is not satisfied with a VEVOR product, they should contact VEVOR before applying for a return or refund. A prompt exchange should be issued within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase from VEVOR. How VEVOR Will Resolve Problems?
During the warranty period, VEVOR products covered by warranty will be replaced, returned, or refunded at the customer's request. If there is a lack of spare parts, VEVOR will provide them free of charge.
What Is Not Covered?
Failures resulting from misuse or abuse are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, VEVOR is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
