2. Adding Water: Use the measuring cup to add the rice and the proportional amount of water, according to the following table:
Cups of uncooked rice | Add water up to the line indicated in the inner pot. |
25 cups | 25 - 25.5 cups |
20 cups | 20 - 20.5 cups |

To reduce the risk of overflowing during cooking, it is recommended to rinse the rice well before pouring it into the bowl.
3. Cooking Process: Place the inner pot inside the cooker. Pour the rice and water into the inner pot. Securely close the lid.
4. Power Connection: Plug in the power cable only when ready to start cooking. If the pot is not inside the cooker, it will not start. Press the switch; the “Cooking” indicator will light up.
5. Completion: When the rice is cooked, the switch will pop back up.
6. Unplugging: After each use, unplug the power cable by pulling the plug, not the cable.
7. Steam Cooking: During steam cooking, the water level should not exceed 70% of the volume.
8. Ventilation: Do not block the steam vent.
Important Note: Before starting to cook, clean the inner pot's base and the hotplate's surface. Turn the inner pot left and right to ensure it is sitting correctly on the hotplate. Failure to do so may prevent the cooker from working and could damage the appliance.
