This warranty applies to all FOCA US Sanitary Ware LLC (Taimei®) products purchased after March 2022. FOCA US Sanitary Ware LLC (“Taimei®") warrants to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser/user, as applicable, that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable period specified below. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to products that are installed in the United States of America and Canada. What We Will Do
FOCA US Sanitary Ware LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace, free of charge during the applicable warranty period as stated above, any product covered by this warranty that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation use and service.
What Is Not Covered
Any labor fee incurred to repair, replace, install, or remove the product are not covered by this warranty. This warranty also does not cover any damage resulting from reasonable wear, accidents, outdoor use, misuse, abuse, or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance, or repair, including failure to follow the care and cleaning instructions.
