1. PRODUCT FEATURES

• Super Bright: Premium 5050 and 2835 LEDs provide bright illumination for plants and fish and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the tank.
• Built-in Timer: The lighting time can be programmed to 6H, 10H, and 12H.
• Adjustable Brightness: In lighting mode, the brightness can be adjusted in 10 levels (10%-20%-30%-40%-50%-60%-70%-80%-90%-100%).
• 24/7 Lighting Mode: This light creates a 24-hour gradual sunrise, sunset, and moonlight effect for a natural, rhythmic light cycle.
• Easy to Maintain: Built-in smooth metal aluminum housing. Use a dry towel to wipe it clean.
• Extendable Bracket: The extendable bracket makes the LED light suitable for aquariums of different sizes within an extendable range.
• Suitable for Planted and Freshwater Aquariums: The full-spectrum bulbs can produce various colors according to your preference.

4. INSTRUCTIONS

The controller has buttons for:

• 24/7 mode button
• On/off/lighting color button
• Brightness level button
• Timer button

Function Operation Instructions

• Timing: Press [Timer button] to select the desired lighting duration between 6H, 10H, 12H. After selecting your preferred light color, you can set the lighting duration by pressing the timer button. Once the lighting duration is set, the brightness of the light gradually increases, and as the timer ends, the brightness also gradually decreases. In 24 hours, the light gives the aquarium a natural daily rhythm. For example, if you select a lighting duration of 6 hours, the light will reach its maximum brightness in the first 3 hours and then gradually dim in the remaining 3 hours until it switches off.
  • (1) 6H timing: The LED switches off after 6 hours and switches on again automatically at the same time the next day.
  • (2)10H timing: The LED switches off after 10 hours and switches on again automatically at the same time the next day.
  • (3)12H timing: The LED switches off after 12 hours and switches on again automatically at the same time the next day.

  Note: Do not use the timing function in 24/7 mode. Using the timing function will terminate the 24/7 mode. 24/7 mode already has its timing function.

• On / off light: Briefly press [On/off/lighting color button] to turn on the LED light, and long press [On/off/lighting color button] for three seconds to turn off the LED light.
• Light color options: When the LED light is turned on, each press of [On/off/lighting color button] allows you to select from 9 light colors. Press twice quickly [On/off/lighting color button] to activate the automatic light change mode. In automatic light change mode, the light gradually changes between the 9 different colors within a few seconds. The 9 light colors are: Red - green - blue - orange - cyan - yellow - purple - color gradient - full spectrum light.
• Brightness adjustment: Each press of [Brightness level button] allows you to select between 10 light brightness levels. The brightness levels are as follows: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100%. (Note: The brightness of the light cannot be adjusted in 24/7 mode.)
• 24/7 Mode: The 24/7 mode is designed to simulate a 24-hour sunrise and sunset to promote the growth of plants. The light color and brightness for each time point in 24/7 mode are pre-programmed and cannot be changed. To activate the mode, you only need to set the desired time. A total of 10 time points are available to activate the 24/7 mode (please synchronize with the local time settings). Once the mode is activated, it remains active, and you no longer need to set the time. In 24/7 mode, the light switches on automatically at 6:00 am and switches off again at 11:00 pm. To activate the 24/7 mode, press [Timer button] and then [24/7 mode button] to select from the 10 available time points on the controller. For example, if the local time is 10:00 AM, select 10:00 AM on the controller to activate the mode. The available time points are as follows: indicator lights (time points): 6:00-8:00--9:00-10:00-12:00-14:00-16:00-17:00-18:00-20:00.

Attentions:

1. If you select one of the 10-time points in 24/7 mode according to the local time, the light is operated according to the local time, and the light automatically goes out at 23:00 and switches on again at 06:00 the next day. For example, if you want to switch on the light and start a 24-hour cycle at 10:00 am, set the button to 10:00 am. If it is 4:00 pm, set the button to 16:00 and so on. The light works according to the local time, goes out at 23:00 and switches on again at 06:00 on the second day.
2. If you set the time one hour earlier than your local time, the light switches off one hour earlier than 23:00 and switches on one hour earlier than 06:00 the next day. For example: If you set the button to 10:00 and the local time is 9:00, the light switches off at 22:00 local time and switches on again at 05:00 local time the next day.
3. If you set the time one hour later than your local time, the light will switch off one hour later than 23:00 and switch on one hour later than 06:00 the next day. For example: If you set the button to 8:00 and the local time is 9:00, the light switches off at 24:00 local time and switches on again at 07:00 local time the next day.

5. ATTENTIONS

• Please read this user manual carefully before using and follow it strictly.
• Please keep the switch away from water since it is not waterproof.
• Please keep the light away from flammable items to avoid accidents.
• Please unplug the power and contact the seller if the light is not working properly. **OPENING WILL VOID WARRANTY**
• Please unplug the power before maintenance.
• Please mind that the temperature range for the light is between 23°F~113°F (-5°C~45°C).

6. WARNING

To avoid possible electric shock, do not immerse the switch in the water. If the switch falls into the water or becomes wet, do not touch it until you have unplugged it. Basic safety precautions that should be observed are as follows:

1. Read and follow this user manual strictly.
2. DANGER- To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken since water is employed in the use of aquarium equipment. For each of the following situations, do not attempt to repair yourself. Instead, return the light to an authorized service facility for maintenance or discard it.

• A.If the light falls into the water, DO NOT touch it. First unplug it, then retrieve it. If electrical components of the light get wet, unplug it immediately.
• B.Carefully examine the light after installation. It should not be plugged in if there is water on parts that are not intended to be wet.
• C.Do not operate the light if it has a damaged cord or plug, is malfunctioning, dropped, or damaged in any manner. The power cord of this light cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the light should be discarded.
• D.To avoid the possibility of the light plug getting wet, position the aquarium and its stand to one side of a wall mounted outlet to prevent water from dripping onto the outlet or plug. A "drip loop", shown in the figure below, should be arranged by the user for each cord, which connects the light to the outlet. If an extension cord is used, the “drip loop" is the part of the cord below the level of the outlet or the connector that prevents water from traveling along the cord and coming in contact with the outlet. If the plug or outlet does get wet, DO NOT unplug the cord. Disconnect the fuse to the circuit breaker that supplies power to the light. Then, unplug and examine for the presence of water in the outlet. If you are not sure, consult a certified electrician.

• 4. To avoid injury, do not contact moving or hot parts.
• 5. Make sure the light is securely installed before operating it.
• 6.Read and observe all the important notices on the light.
• 7.If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with a proper rating should be used, such as rated amperes or watts. A cord rated for fewer amperes or watts than the appliance rating may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it will not be tripped over or pulled.

7. AQQA LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

AQQA offers the end user of this product a manufacturer warranty of 2 years from the date of sale if this product was purchased from an AQQA®-authorised specialist dealer. Retain receipt for any future warranty claim. Conditions apply. Products are guaranteed by AQQA® Aquatic Supplies to the original purchaser against defective material and workmanship under normal use for a period up to 2 years from the date of the original purchase through an Authorized Dealer. Refer to the User Manual included with your product for specific warranty details.

Products have no warranty if:

• 1. The product has been serviced, modified or tampered with by anyone other than AQQA® Aquatic Supplies.
• 2. The product has been abused or damaged (including broken or cracked bulbs), and/or.
• 3. The product has been transported without proper packaging.
• 4. The product was purchased from an Unauthorized Reseller.

WARRANTY LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

In no event will AQQA® be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, lost aquatic life, personal injury, property damage, equipment damage, lost profits, lost wages, lost savings, lost income, etc., arising out of the use of any AQQA® products.

1.0. Terms and Conditions of Warranty.

1.1. AQQA® warrants to the purchaser, for 2 years from date of original purchase through an Authorized AQQA® Reseller, free to repair or replace parts where fault is found due to defective materials or faulty workmanship and where goods do not operate in accordance with the instructions.

• 1.2. All claims for repair or replacement must be made at place of purchase.
• 1.3. Only the direct purchaser is entitled to warranty claims against us and these are not transferable without our consent.
• 1.4. The original and dated Proof of Purchase (receipt) must be supplied with all goods claims. Please also provide this Guarantee where possible.
• 1.5. Wear parts (e.g.: seals, suction devices, axes, pump wheels, light sources, pH electrodes, filter media, such as filter cartridges, as well as UVC burners), glass damage and the opening of the product, as well as structural changes or the use of non-AQQA® original parts are excluded from the guarantee.
• 1.6. All goods subject to claim under Guarantee should be prepared for transportation in the original packaging or other comparable packaging which offers the same degree of protection and AQQA® must incur no costs from the shipment.
• 1.7. Where claims on inspection reveal goods are in normal working order, AQQA® will request reimbursement of all reasonable costs incurred.
• 1.8. Warranty claims do not exist in the case of only insignificant deviations from the agreed or customary condition or usability, e.g. insignificant deviations in colour, dimensions and/or quality or performance characteristics of the products.
• 1.9. Our warranty obligation extends only to the delivery of newly manufactured products. Unless otherwise agreed, used products are sold as seen, excluding any warranty.

8. DISPOSAL

Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary. This product has to be disposed of at an authorized place for the recycling of electrical and electronic appliances rather than being disposed of together with the domestic waste. Collecting and recycling waste is a way of saving natural resources. So, please consult with your local seller to make sure the product is disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
