Positioning the Mattress Protector
⚠ WARNING! Place the mattress protector ONLY between the mattress and the flat sheet, not on top of persons in bed.
IMPORTANT: For efficient operation, the protector must be inside the bed and covered by a sheet, covers, or quilt.
- Place the mattress protector (5) directly onto the mattress, with the connector side facing downwards at the top.
- Fit the protector by tucking the elasticated skirt edges under the mattress. Ensure it is spread smoothly without creases.
- Make the bed by laying the first sheet over the protector, followed by the second sheet, blanket, or duvet.
Connecting the Control Unit
- Pass the control unit connector through the triangle opening on the side of the elasticated skirt.
- Insert the control unit connector (2) into the mattress protector connector (1).
- For dual control models, repeat for the other side.
- Run the control unit cable along the floor next to the bed, ensuring it is not squashed between the mattress and bed frame.
- Insert the control unit cable plug into the mains socket (3). The control unit performs a self-diagnosis upon insertion, lighting up all LEDs (10, 11) sequentially.
Switching On and Selecting Temperature
Temperature levels:
- 6: Fast Pre-heat
- 5-4: Medium Pre-heat
- 3-1: Continuous or All-Night Use
- To switch on, press the ON/OFF button (7). The appliance performs an automatic check, lighting up LEDs (10, 11). It defaults to temperature 6 and a 1-hour auto shut-off timer.
- For fast pre-heating, use temperature 6. For medium pre-heating, select 4-5 using the temperature selector button (8) until the corresponding LED (11) lights up. Higher numbers indicate higher temperatures.
IMPORTANT: Evaluate the temperature by lying in the bed, not just by touching it.
Continuous or All Night Use
For continuous or all-night use, set the control unit to temperature levels 1 to 3 only.
To set for continuous use, press the temperature selector button (8) until LEDs 1, 2, or 3 light up (11).
⚠ DO NOT get into bed with the control unit set to a higher temperature than recommended for continuous use. Doing so may result in skin burns or heat stroke.
⚠ WARNING! DO NOT place the control unit under the pillow or under the sheets when in use.
Auto Shut Off Timer
The mattress protector has an automatic shut-off timer of 1, 3, or 9 hours. When switched on, it defaults to 1 hour, indicated by the 1h LED (10) lighting up green.
To set a different timer, press the timer selector button (6) and select the desired duration. Each reset starts the timer from zero.
When the timer elapses, the protector switches off, and the standby LED (9) lights up blue.
ⓘ NOTE: If the power supply is interrupted, the appliance will resume previous temperature and timer settings when switched back on.
ⓘ NOTE: The display light intensity and standby LED brightness reduce after a period of inactivity to avoid disturbing users at night.
Switching Off
Switch off the mattress protector by pressing the ON/OFF button (7) and remove the plug from the socket (3).

The mattress protector is washable. Always check the washing symbols on the label for correct care.

- Remove from the tumble dryer and reshape to its original size.
- Allow to fully air-dry before re-use.
Drying in the Open Air
When drying on a clothes airer, stretch the mattress protector to maintain its original size. This is best done while damp, working on opposite corners and pulling sides alternately. Repeat as necessary until completely dry.
⚠ WARNING! Spread the appliance out without using clothes pegs to avoid damage. Dry on a rack away from direct sunlight.
Only use the mattress protector when it is thoroughly dry.
? Do not iron the mattress protector.
⚠ WARNING! Examine the appliance against the light to ensure cables are not bent or twisted.
