Welcome to your JBL Charge 6 portable speaker. This guide will help you get started and make the most of your device.

Your JBL Charge 6 package includes:

Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your device via Bluetooth:

  1. Press the Bluetooth button on the speaker.
  2. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'JBL Charge 6'.
  3. Once connected, the speaker will indicate it's paired.

Playing Music

Control your music playback:

Multi-Speaker Connection

Connect multiple JBL speakers for an enhanced audio experience:

  1. Ensure all speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode.
  2. On one speaker, press and hold the Connect button (△) to initiate multi-speaker pairing.
  3. Follow on-screen prompts on your secondary JBL speaker to connect.

Charging

To charge your JBL Charge 6:

Important Charging Note: With USB-C charging protection, a reminder sound will alert you to unplug if the connector detects water, salt, or other chemicals. Do not charge your speaker until it is completely dry and clean.

Lossless Audio Playback

Enjoy high-quality audio via USB connection:

  1. Connect your audio source (e.g., laptop) to the speaker using a USB-C cable.
  2. Press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶️) for 2 seconds to activate lossless audio playback.
  3. A notification sound will confirm the connection.

Detachable Handle Strap

Attach or detach the handle strap for convenient carrying:

  1. Align the strap with the speaker's attachment points.
  2. Secure the strap by following the indicated steps.
