Step 2
Secure the Glass Holder by fastening the knurled nuts to the screws as pictured. [Diagram shows screws being secured by knurled nuts.]
Step 3
Remove the monitor mounts from the teleprompter base. Use the included larger 4mm hex key ? to loosen them from the 15mm rods.
Step 4
Place the washers ⚪ on before tightening the screws ?. The washers and 4 additional screws are provided in a bag on the bottom foam.
Step 5
After attaching the monitor mounts, adjust the 15mm rods to accommodate the monitor. Leave approximately 1 inch of room for the teleprompter bracket. Ensure the 15mm rods pass through both sets of monitor mounts. Verify all screws are properly tightened after inserting the monitor. *SAFETY NOTE*: Ensure at least 2 inches of the rods remain inside the teleprompter base.
[Diagram shows the teleprompter base with monitor mounts and 15mm rods being adjusted.]
Step 6
While sliding the teleprompter bracket into the slot of the Glass Frame Holder Bracket, pull the red knob ? to allow the bracket to slide in fully.
Step 7
Once the bracket is in place, tighten the side screw ? to lock it. Double-check that all screws are tightened with the included hex keys ?.
Step 8
Fold the flaps of the Hood alongside the edges of the Hood Attachment Frame. The flaps are magnetic and will attach automatically. [Diagram shows folding hood flaps.]
Step 9
To prevent light leakage through the hood, seal both zippers ?️ down.
Step 10
Slide the Riser plate of your choice into the Base. Align the screws on the riser plate with the slot on the Base, then slide it in. [Diagram shows sliding a riser plate into the base.]
Step 12
Mount your tripod plate to the Bottom Plate using the 1/4-20 and/or 3/8-16 screws ?. It is recommended to attach the tripod plate to the front of the Bottom Plate for easier balancing. Once connected, mount the tripod plate to your tripod head.
[Diagram shows screws being attached to the bottom plate.]
Step 13
Slide the entire teleprompter system into the Bottom Plate. Balance the system by sliding it along the Bottom Plate until the center of gravity is determined. [Diagram shows sliding the system into the bottom plate.]
Step 14
Once the center of gravity is determined, tighten the thumb screws ? to keep the base from sliding. [Diagram shows tightening thumb screws.]
Step 15
To secure your teleprompter system, insert the included headless screws ? into the threads located behind and in front of the Base.
Step 16
The headless screws should be inserted into the threads as pictured. [Diagram shows headless screws being inserted.]
