HEMNES Bed Frame Assembly Instructions
This document provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the IKEA HEMNES bed frame. Please ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning.

Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Attach cam lock screws (118331) to the side panels. Insert wooden dowels (105163) into the corresponding holes.
- Step 2: Attach the headboard and footboard to the side panels using cam locks (113434, 122332). Ensure the cam locks are tightened securely.
- Step 3: Insert wooden dowels (101352) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.
- Step 4: Attach the bed slats support rails (124401, 124402) to the side panels using screws (117327).
- Step 5: Insert the bed slats into the support rails.
- Step 6: Secure the bed slats using the provided screws (101359).
- Step 7: Attach the center support beam using the provided hardware.
- Step 8: Attach the headboard to the assembled frame using bolts (111451) and the Allen key (100092).
- Step 9: Attach the footboard to the assembled frame using bolts (111451) and the Allen key (100092).
- Step 10: Secure the headboard and footboard with brackets (102335) and screws (104875) using the wrench (100089).
- Step 11: Repeat steps for the other side of the bed frame.
- Step 12: Insert the remaining wooden dowels (101352) into the designated holes.
- Step 13: Attach the side panels to the headboard and footboard using cam lock screws (118331) and cam locks (113434, 122332).
- Step 14: Secure the side panels with screws (105307).
- Step 15: Attach the center support rail using screws (110789).
- Step 16: Ensure all connections are tight and the bed frame is stable.
- Step 17: Place the mattress on the bed frame.
Important Notes:
- Two people are recommended for assembly.
- Do not overtighten screws.
