Warranty Information
This fitting is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase. Warranty is void if damage occurs due to improper usage or modifications. Failure to follow instructions may increase the risk of damage or injury and will void the warranty.
Installation Requirements
- Select a suitable, flat, and stable location for the light fitting.
- This product is intended for indoor use only.
- Keep flammable materials away from the fitting.
- Avoid installing in direct line of air vents or systems.
- Ensure adequate ventilation in moisture-prone areas. Moisture damage is not covered under warranty.
- Use only the supplied plug-in LED driver.
- Handle electrical wires with care during unpacking to prevent damage.
- Lay out all components on a smooth surface and check for missing parts before assembly.
- Do not operate or install if the fitting appears damaged. Return to the place of purchase for inspection or replacement.
- Do not plug into the mains power socket until assembly is complete.
Installation Directions
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Lay the fitting on its side on a smooth, non-scratch surface for easier assembly.
- Assemble the rods (D, E, F, G) onto the base (H), ensuring the cord is pulled taut to remove slack. Avoid cross-threading or damaging the cord.
- Select a suitable location as per the installation requirements.
- Adjust the head (B) to the desired height and angle. Note: Do not rotate the head more than 180° or adjust height more than 90° to prevent internal wire damage.
- Connect the LED driver connector (J) to the floor lamp connector (I).
- Plug the LED driver (K) into the mains socket outlet.
- Turn on the power at the mains socket outlet.
- The lamp features a 4-step dimming function. Cycle through brightness levels (15%, 40%, 65%, 100%) by pressing the touch switch (A). A fifth press will turn the lamp off.
Safety Tips
- Ensure power is OFF and the fitting has cooled before maintenance, cleaning, or adjustment.
- Secure power leads and screws before connecting power to prevent injury or damage.
- Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with the lamp.
- Handle the fitting and shade with care to avoid damage or breakage.
- Place the fitting away from liquids and hazards.
- Avoid contact with corrosive chemicals.
- Clean with a damp, clean cloth. Do not soak the fitting in water.
