It can also control watering schedules; if soil moisture is too high, the timer automatically interrupts watering until moisture decreases.

Water Flow Meter: Each WiFi water timer has a built-in water flow meter that shows daily water consumption, helping quantify usage to save water.

  8. The schedule will be displayed on the previous screen.

Smart Automation

Automation & Tap-to-Run

Automation: Allows devices to execute automatically based on set conditions like local weather, device status, and time.

Tap-to-Run: Enables control of multiple devices and plans with a single tap.

Example: The RainPoint APP can obtain your home's weather forecast. If you set conditions to delay watering during rain, the timer will automatically delay watering when it rains in your area. This is useful when you are traveling.

3 Steps To Set Automation Or Tap-to-Run:

  1. Set a condition: Define conditions based on your needs.
  2. Set tasks: Specify the actions the device should perform when conditions are met.
  3. Save the settings: The device will execute automatically according to your settings.

How to set the automatic rain delay?

  1. Tap "Smart" on the APP home screen.
  2. Select "Automation" and tap "Create Scene".
  3. Set a condition for "When weather changes to rain".

Please accurately set your home location. The APP uses this to obtain weather forecast data. When the forecast indicates rain, the conditions will trigger.

  1. Tap "Run the device" to set up a task.
  2. Select "WiFi Water Timer".
  3. Set the watering delay time (0, 24, 48, or 72 hours).
  4. Select the trigger condition: "When all conditions are met" or "When any one of the conditions is met". If there's only one condition, this step is not critical.
  5. Check your execution conditions and tasks.
  6. Save your settings.

Example: When it rains in New York, the WiFi water timer valve will automatically close, and watering will be delayed for 24 hours.

Home Management

RainPoint allows you to add family members and share your home devices for co-management of the irrigation system.

  1. Tap "Me" at the bottom of the APP home screen.
  2. Select "Home Management". You can set the current home, create a new home, or join an existing one.
  3. Set your home name, room management, and home location.

Home location is used by the system to obtain weather forecast information.

  1. Tap "Add Home Member" and set corresponding usage permissions for members (e.g., Administrator, Common Member).

Reset the Device

How to reset the WiFi Hub?

  1. Press and hold the button until the end.
  2. Plug in the hub while holding the button; wait for the BLUE light to turn on.
  3. Continue holding the button. The BLUE light will stay on for a few seconds, then flash rapidly, indicating the hub is restored to pair mode.
