GIRO Collection Overview

The GIRO collection features remote controls and receiving units designed for seamless integration into any interior. These systems enable control of @24VDC luminaires, including single-colour, dual-colour D-Motion, and dual-colour D-Motion Wave types. The system also includes a model for mains voltage power supplies (220–240VAC) up to 600W.

Each remote typically features two buttons and a status indicator light, allowing management of power, brightness, and colour temperature. The receiving units provide multiple connection slots for luminaires.

GIRO Series

GIRO F Remote Control

A circular, minimalist remote control, typically in black, with two function buttons.

Functions:

• ON/OFF: Single press switches the system on or off.
• Reset/Realign Brightness: Two quick presses reset brightness to 100% across all paired units.
• Brightness Adjustment: Quick press for step-based adjustment (loop mode); long press for smooth dimming (10% to 100%).

GIRO E Receiver Unit

A rectangular unit featuring six female Micro24 slots for connecting @24VDC luminaires or distributors. It comes pre-wired with a 200mm power cable and a male Micro24 connector.

Note: Configurations for increased load (up to 120W/5A) are available with direct power supply connection.

SET GIRO FE (Receiver Unit & Remote Control)

Includes both the GIRO F remote control and GIRO E receiving unit, pre-paired at the factory.

Set-up Configurations

• Standard Set-up: One GIRO F remote controls up to 6 GIRO E receivers within approx. 10 metres (open space).
• Primary & Secondary Set-up: Extends signal range by an additional 10 metres.
• Multi Controller Set-up: Up to 4 GIRO F remotes can control up to 6 GIRO E receivers within 10 metres.

Pairing is simple and intuitive, with a dedicated set-up button on the receiver unit.

GIRO D-M Series

Designed for dual-colour D-Motion @24VDC LED luminaires.

GIRO F D-M Remote Control

Similar circular design to GIRO F, for D-Motion applications.

Functions:

• ON/OFF: Single press for power on/off.
• Reset/Realign Brightness: Two quick presses reset brightness to 100%.
• Brightness Adjustment: Long press for progressive dimming (10% to 100%).
• Colour Temperature: Single press selects WHC3 mode (3-step loop); two quick presses reset to coolest tone; long press activates TW (Tunable White) mode.

GIRO E D-M Receiver Unit

Rectangular unit with 6x Micro24 female slots, similar to GIRO E.

SET GIRO FE D-M

Includes pre-paired GIRO F D-M remote and GIRO E D-M receiver.

Set-up Configurations

Similar set-up options (Standard, Primary/Secondary, Multi Controller) as the GIRO series, with ranges up to 10 metres.

GIRO D-MWA Series

For dual-colour D-Motion Wave @24VDC LED luminaires.

GIRO F D-MWA Remote Control

• ON/OFF: Single press for progressive switch-on; reverse-sequence switch-off.
• Reset/Realign Brightness: Two quick presses reset brightness to 100%.

GIRO NEXT Series

For single-colour @24VDC LED luminaires, powered by the GIRO NEXT E receiver unit.

GIRO F Remote Control

Circular, two-button remote control.

Functions:

• ON/OFF: Sequential switch-on (slot 1 to 6) and reverse-sequence switch-off with approx. 0.25s interval.
• Brightness Adjustment: Quick press for step-loop selection; long press for progressive dimming (10% to 100%).

GIRO NEXT E Receiver Unit

Rectangular unit with 6x Micro24 female slots.

SET GIRO NEXT FE

Includes pre-paired GIRO F remote and GIRO NEXT E receiver.

Set-up Configurations

• Standard Set-up: One GIRO F remote controls up to 6 GIRO NEXT E receivers within approx. 10 metres (obstacle-free).
• Multi Controller Set-up: Up to 4 GIRO F remotes control one GIRO NEXT E receiver within approx. 10 metres (obstacle-free).

For dual-colour D-Motion @24VDC LED luminaires, powered by the GIRO NEXT E D-M receiver.

For operating mains voltage power supplies (220–240VAC) for single-colour @12VDC or @24VDC LED luminaires, supporting up to 600W.

GIRO-230 F Remote Control

Circular remote control for mains voltage systems.

Functions:

• ON/OFF: Single presses activate switch-on or switch-off of all paired receiver units.

GIRO-230 E Receiver Unit

Rectangular receiver unit with EU plug and socket for mains voltage connection.

SET GIRO-230 FE

Includes pre-paired GIRO-230 F remote and GIRO-230 E receiver.

Set-up Configurations

• Standard Set-up: One GIRO-230 F remote controls up to 3 GIRO-230 E receivers within approx. 10 metres (unobstructed).
• Multi Controller Set-up: Up to 9 GIRO-230 F remotes control one GIRO-230 E receiver within approx. 10 metres (unobstructed).

General Information

Warranty

Each unit is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes defects caused by force majeure, improper use, or failure to adhere to installation and usage specifications provided by Domus Line Srl and local regulations. Tampering by unauthorized personnel voids the warranty. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or neglect are not covered.
