Grounding Instructions:

This product must be grounded. If it malfunctions or breaks down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER - Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product. If it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

Product Introduction

The walking treadmill features a walk belt, adjustable feet pads, cushion, power switch, remote control socket, and power socket. It also includes transport wheels for easy movement.

Before Start and Storage

Preparation:

  1. Unbox and take out the accessory box.
  2. Lift out the appliance and place it on a flat surface. Assistance from 2-3 persons is recommended.
  3. It is normal for visible welding marks to remain on the walk belt.

Transportation:

  1. If transportation is needed, unplug the power cord and lift the terminal of the appliance.
  2. Use the bottom transportation wheels to easily transport the appliance, similar to a wheelbarrow.

Power Connection:

  1. Choose flat ground to place the Walking Treadmill. Do not place it on thick or soft cushions.
  2. Plug in the power cord and switch on the power rock button. A "Bi" sound from the buzzer indicates the circuit is connected to power. Warning: MUST use the power cord that comes with the package.

Storage:

Power off the appliance and unplug the power cord before storage.

Function Menu

The display shows the following data:

Tips: The workout data (Calorie, Time, Step, Distance, Speed) will be circularly displayed every 5 seconds.

Warning: Before starting to work out, assess your physical condition and perform exercises properly and regularly. Incorrect or excessive training can be harmful to your health. If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor.

Remote Control

The remote control has a magnet and can be attached to the storage cavity on the side of the treadmill.

Operation of Remote Controller:

Button Functions Operation Note
Start/Stop/Pause Start Short press Starts the walking treadmill.
Stop Long press for 2" When the treadmill stops (all data resets to 0), the screen will display "END". After 10 minutes, the system will switch to economic mode and turn off the display. Press any button to wake up the treadmill.
Pause Short press (in start mode) The screen will display "PAU". Previous workout metrics will be preserved automatically if the pause time does not exceed 10 minutes; otherwise, data will reset to "0". Press any button to wake up the treadmill. The treadmill will restart at the minimum speed by re-pressing.
M Mode Short press Customize countdown workout programs (e.g., Time, Distance, Steps, Calories).
+ Accelerate Short press Long press over 0.5 seconds, the speed will increase continuously.
- Decelerate Short press Long press over 0.5 seconds, the speed will decrease continuously.
Mute Mute Short press Mutes buzzer voices.

How to Use

Note: Ensure the walking treadmill is powered on and the remote control has batteries installed.

Starting the treadmill: Press the Start button on the remote control.

Adjusting speed: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease speed.

Pausing/Stopping: Short press the Start/Stop/Pause button to pause, or long press for 2 seconds to stop.

Changing modes: Press the 'M' button to cycle through different workout modes (Time, Distance, Steps, Calories).

Error Code and Troubleshooting

Error Code:

E02 Mosfet breakdown Please contact after-sales service.
E05 Flame protection Unscrew motor hood and verify connection between controller and motor, otherwise please contact after-sales service.
E06 Motor open circuit Unscrew motor hood and verify the motor terminals connection. Otherwise please contact after-sales service.
E07 Communication interrupted Unscrew motor hood to verify signal cable whether was pinched or terminal loosen.
E08 Overloading protection 1. User weight over limited 120KG.
2. Removal of foreign bodies causing roller or walking belt issues.
3. Inject lubricants.

Troubleshooting:

1. Replace new power rock switch if it doesn't light on.
2. Make sure that power cord is plugged into a properly grounded outlet.

Walking belt slips Walking belt loosen Tighten walking belt tension with hex tool. (See details in Chapter 11-A)
Remote control does not work 1. Incorrect use of remote.
2. Battery power shortage.
3. Remote control malfunction.
1. Replace new battery cells.

Friction noise Walking belt off center. See details in Chapter 11-A.

If an error code and alarm occur, stop workout immediately. Contact after-sales service if the problem cannot be solved after restarting.

Care and Maintenance

A. Symptom: Walk belt off centered or slips.

Centering walk belt process:

  1. Power off appliance and unplug the power cord.
  2. Manual centering process:
    • If the walk belt has shifted to the left, use the hex tool to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of a turn.
    • If the walk belt has shifted to the right, use the hex tool to turn the right idler roller screw clockwise 1/4 of a turn.
  3. The appliance MUST run for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the manual centering process until the walk belt is centered.

Belt slip correcting process:

  1. Power off appliance before operation.
  2. Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws clockwise 1/2 of a turn.
  3. After correction, attempt to walk for 1-2 minutes at a speed setting of 1.0 mph. Repeat until the walk belt is properly tightened.

B. Belt lubrication process:

  1. Power off appliance and unplug cord.
  2. Using the hex tool, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise until the belt loosens and can be lifted easily. Tip: Mark the hex tool rotating cycles when loosening the belt, which will be used to adapt belt tension after lubrication.
  3. Lift the edges of the belt and spray lubricating oil evenly onto the center of the walk platform. It is not necessary to apply spray lubrication oil to the entire walk platform.
  4. Lubrication oil volume per maintenance: 5-10mL. Attention: Applying too much may cause belt slip.
  5. Using the hex tool, turn both idler screws clockwise by the previously marked number of turns until the walk belt is tightened properly.
  6. Power on the appliance and run for a few minutes to spread the lubrication oil evenly across the entire belt surface.
  7. Lubrication frequency: Highly recommended every 125 miles.

C. Appliance cleaning:

  1. Power off appliance and unplug power cord before cleaning.
  2. Wipe and clean with a damp cloth. Do not use acidic or caustic detergents.
  3. Do not clean the underside of the walk belt.
  4. It is normal to find a few black powders under the appliance after prolonged use.

UREVO warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it has been installed and operated in accordance with the UREVO Owner's Manual. Any repair or replacement shall provide no new warranty coverage but shall retain only the remaining portion of the original product's warranty. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase is required.
