1. Package Contents
The package typically includes:
- Yealink BH72 or BH72 Lite Bluetooth Headset
- USB 2.0 Cable (USB-A to USB-C)
- BT51-A Dongle or BT51-C Dongle
- Optional: BHC76 Wireless Charging Stand
- Optional: Power Adapter

Note: Using included accessories is recommended for compatibility. Other accessories may cause compatibility issues.
2. Charging
USB Charging:
- [Align] the charging area of the headset with the USB cable connector.
- LED Indicator Status:
- Red: Charging
- Green: Fully Charged
Wireless Charging (Optional, BH72 only):
- Align the charging area of the headset with the BHC76 Wireless Charging Stand.
- LED Indicator Status:
- Red: Charging
- Green: Fully Charged
Note: It is recommended to fully charge the headset when using it for the first time. The BH72 Lite does not support wireless charging. The BHC76 is compatible with devices supporting QI wireless charging, such as mobile phones and headsets.
Charging Time: Approximately 2 hours via USB, 3 hours via wireless charging.
3. Power On/Off
Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator turns green, and a voice prompt announces "power on, XX % battery remains".
Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator turns red, and a voice prompt announces "power off".
4. Pairing and Connecting Devices
With Built-in Bluetooth Device:
- The headset is pre-paired from the factory and will automatically connect when powered on.
- To enter pairing mode:
- From Power On State: Hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED flashes red and green alternately. Voice prompt: "pairing mode".
- From Power Off State: Hold the power button for 5 seconds. The LED flashes red and green alternately. Voice prompt: "power on, XX % battery remains. pairing mode".
- On your Bluetooth device (PC/mobile), select "Yealink BH72" from the list.
- Once connected, a voice prompt may say "mobile one connected".
Using BT51 Dongle:
- If your desk phone or PC does not have built-in Bluetooth, plug the BT51 dongle into a USB port.
- When the headset is powered on, it will automatically connect to the BT51 dongle.
5. Call Controls and Busylight
Multi-function Button:
- Accept/End Call: Press 1X.
- Reject Call: Press 2X.
- Mute/Unmute: Press 1X during a call.
Busylight (Teams Edition only):
- Indicates call status:
- Flashing Red: Trying to Connect to Teams
- Solid Red: In a Teams Call
- Flashing Purple: Busy/Do Not Disturb
- Solid Purple: Reserved/Busy
6. Music Controls
- Play/Pause Music: Press the multi-function button 1X.
- Next Track: Hold for 1.5 seconds.
- Previous Track: Hold for 1.5 seconds.
7. Customer Button Functions
Teams Edition:
- Open Teams Notification: Press 1X.
Teams/UC Edition:
- Activate Voice Assistant: Hold for 2 seconds (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant, depending on the mobile phone).
- Check Battery and Connection Status: Press 1X. Voice prompt: "XX % battery remains. PC connected, mobile one connected".
8. Replace Ear Cushions
Instructions for replacing ear cushions are available in the full user manual.
9. Software Management
Yealink USB Connect (PC):
- Download from the Yealink website: https://www.yealink.com/product/yuc
- Requires Yealink USB Connect version 0.34.x.x or higher.
Yealink Connect App (Mobile):
- Download from the iOS App Store or Android App Store.
- (Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.)
Notes for BHC76 Wireless Charging Stand (Optional)
- Use the power adapter provided by Yealink for efficient charging.
- Do not place metal or magnetic cards on the charging board to avoid abnormalities and damage.
- Ensure the device is placed correctly on the charging sign for efficient charging.
- If the charging board or charged device overheats and charging stops (indicator light flashes), remove the charged device until it cools down, then try charging again.
- A flashing indicator light on the charging stand may indicate one of the following situations:
- The location of the charged device is not placed correctly. Replace the device and calibrate the charging position.
- The charging stand has an overheating alarm. Allow the mobile phone or charging stand to cool down; it will stop flashing and enter normal charging state.
- Metal or magnetic cards may be placed on the charging board. Remove them.
Safety Guide for BHC76 (Optional)
- Do not disassemble the product or bring it near fire and water to avoid short circuit leakage or damage.
- Do not use the product in high temperature, humidity, or corrosive environments.
- Do not expose the product to corrosive liquids.
- Do not disassemble or re-equip the product for any reason.
- Do not place the product below -10°C or above 60°C.
- Do not knock, throw, or shake the product.

Safety Instructions
General Requirements: Read safety instructions before use. Keep the device dry and clean, avoid collision. Do not dismantle. Use only authorized accessories. Ensure the power supply meets input voltage requirements. Keep hands dry when connecting/disconnecting cables. Do not use near water. Disconnect from power during thunderstorms. Disconnect if left unused for a long time. Disconnect immediately if smoke, abnormal noise, or smell occurs. Contact the specified maintenance center for repair. Do not insert unauthorized objects into equipment slots. Connect the grounding cable first.
Environmental Requirements: Place the device in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, dust, inflammable or fire-vulnerable objects, heat sources, or open flames.
Operating Requirements: Do not let a child operate the device without guidance or play with it. Use only accessories provided or authorized by the manufacturer. Use the provided surge protection power socket. Keep hands dry. Avoid water exposure. Disconnect during thunderstorms. Disconnect if unused for a long time. Disconnect immediately if smoke, abnormal noise, or smell occurs. Do not insert foreign objects into slots. Connect grounding cable first.
Battery Requirements: Do not immerse the battery in water, expose to open flame, or extremely high temperatures. Power off the handset before removing the battery. Use only with this handset. Do not open or mutilate the battery. Use only Yealink-provided or recommended rechargeable battery packs. Dispose of defective or exhausted batteries at designated collection facilities.
Cleaning Requirements: Disconnect from power supply before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth. Keep the power plug clean and dry.
Troubleshooting
The unit cannot supply power to Yealink device:
- There is a bad connection with the plug: Clean the plug with a dry cloth. Connect it to another wall outlet.
- The usage environment is out of operating temperature range: Use the device within the operating temperature range.
- The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly: Connect the cable correctly.
You cannot connect the cable properly:
- You may have connected a wrong Yealink device: Use the correct power supply.
- Some dust, etc., may be in the port: Clean the port.
