⚠️ Please update the headset to the latest version via Yealink USB Connect (PC) or Yealink Connect (APP) before using.
Notes
- The signal range of Bluetooth headset typically spans around 10 meters. Please ensure the distance between your device and the headset is close to prevent signal interruption or degradation.
- It is advised to minimize proximity to other Bluetooth devices or wireless signal sources, such as Wi-Fi routers, to reduce the likelihood of interference.
- Please do not place any metal and magnetic cards on the charging stand to avoid abnormalities and damage to the charger.
- Please do not charge too far away from the charging sign to get a more efficient charging experience.
Safety Guide
- Do not disassemble the product by yourself or bring it near fire and water to avoid short circuit leakage or damage to the product.
- Do not use the product in high temperature, humidity, and corrosive environment to avoid damaging the circuit and causing failure to charge or other failures.
- Do not expose the product to corrosive liquids. Otherwise, it will cause severe damage.
- Do not disassemble or re-equip the product for any reason to avoid secondary failure and burnout.
- Do not place the product below -10°C or above 60°C.
- Do not knock, throw or shake the product because rough methods will damage the internal circuit board structure.

2 Overview
? Microphone: Located on the boom arm.
[Teams button]: For Microsoft Teams functions.
?️ Voice Assistant button: To activate voice assistants.
? Call control: Button for managing calls.
? Busylight: Visual indicator for call status.
? Charging port: For connecting the USB cable.
▶️⏸️ Play/pause: Controls media playback.
?➕ Volume +: Increases volume.
⏭️ Next track: Skips to the next track.
? Mute: Mutes/unmutes the microphone.
?➖ Volume -: Decreases volume.
⏮️ Previous track: Skips to the previous track.
⏻ Power on/off: Turns the headset on or off.
? Bluetooth: Shows Bluetooth connection status.
3 Charging
⚡? USB Charging: Connect the USB 2.0 cable to the headset's charging port and a power source.
?? Charging stand (optional): Place the headset on the charging stand.
Note: We recommend to fully charge the headset when using it for the first time.
LED Indicator Status
Charging: The LED indicator shows a breathing green light.
Fully Charged: The LED indicator shows a solid green light.
Note: It takes 1.5 hours to fully charge the headset.
4 Power on/off

5 Pairing and Connecting Device
Enter Pairing Mode
Hold the power button for 3 seconds.
LED Indicator: Flashes red and green alternately.
Prompt Sound: "pairing mode".
Pair with PC
Connect the BT51-A Dongle to your PC's USB port. The headset will automatically pair.
Pair with Desk Phone
If your desk phone has Bluetooth, pair directly. If not, use the BT51-A Dongle.
Note: The BT51 and headset are already pre-paired when leaving the factory. They can automatically connect after powering on.
Pair with Mobile Device
Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and select the headset. Prompt Sound: "mobile one connected".
6 Call & Music Control
Press once:
- Answer call
- End call
- Accept the incoming call and end the active call
Double-press:
- Redial
- Reject the incoming call and continue the active call
Hold for 2 sec:
- Hold call
- Put the current call on hold and answer an incoming call
- Switch between held call and active call
Press once (Microphone control):
- Mute/unmute the microphone
- Alternatively, move up/down the microphone boom-arm
Press once (Volume/Track control):
- Volume up (+) / volume down (-)
Hold for 1.5 sec (Volume/Track control):
- Next track (volume +)
- Previous track (volume -)
Press once (Music control):
- Play/pause music
7 Customers Button
Teams Edition:
- Press once: Open Teams Notification.
Teams/UC Edition:
- Hold for 2 sec: Activate Voice Assistant.
- Hold for 2 sec: Dismiss/invoke raise hand during the meeting.
Voice assistants include Siri, Google Assistant, etc., depending on the mobile phone.
8 Replace Ear Cushions
Follow the visual guide: Remove old cushions by gently pulling them off. Align new cushions and press them into place until they click.

Note: Requires Yealink USB Connect version 0.36.x.x or later.

Download the Yealink Connect App from the iOS App Store or Android App Store.

General Requirements
Read safety instructions carefully before installation and use. Keep the device dry, clean, and avoid collision during storage, transportation, and operation. Environmental Requirements
Do not cover ventilation openings. Place the device in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Keep the device dry and free of dust. Do not place near inflammable or fire-vulnerable objects, heat sources, or open flames.
Operating Requirements
Do not let children operate the device without guidance or play with it. Use only manufacturer-provided or authorized accessories. Do not spill liquids on the product or use near water. If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell occurs, disconnect from power immediately and contact a maintenance center. Do not insert foreign objects into equipment slots.
Battery Requirements
Do not immerse the battery in water. Do not expose to extreme heat or open flames. Power off the handset before removing the battery. Use only the supplied or recommended rechargeable battery pack. Do not open or mutilate the battery. Dispose of defective batteries properly through designated collection facilities, not as municipal waste.
Cleaning Requirements
Use a soft, dry, and anti-static cloth to clean the device.
Troubleshooting
Usage environment out of temperature range: Use within the specified temperature range.
Incorrect cable connection: Connect the cable correctly.
Cannot connect properly: Ensure correct Yealink device and power supply are used. Clean ports if dusty.
Contact your dealer or authorized service facility for further questions.
