Parts Identification

The AGPTEK A15 is a compact, square-shaped portable music player. The front panel features control buttons and a brand logo. The device has connection ports on its sides and top/bottom.

• 1. Indicator Light: A light that indicates the device's status (e.g., charging, Bluetooth connection).
• 2. MIC IN: Microphone input port.
• 3. USB Jack: Port for charging and data transfer via USB cable.
• 4. Earphone Jack: Standard audio output for headphones.

Device Layout Description:

The device is shown from multiple angles. The front view displays a central circular button with a play/pause symbol (triangle inside a circle), flanked by a '-' button (left) and a '+' button (right). Above these is a button with a three-line menu icon. The brand name "AGPTEK" is printed below the central buttons. The left side view shows the indicator light (1) and the MIC IN port (2). The top view shows the USB Jack (3). The bottom view shows the Earphone Jack (4). The right side view shows a clip for attaching the device.

Button Operation Overview

• Button M: Press Button M to switch between Bluetooth and MP3 modes.
• Button -: Short press to return to the previous song. Long press to decrease volume.
• Button +: Short press to skip to the next song. Long press to increase volume.
• Button ▶||: Long press to turn the power on/off. While playing, click to play/pause. If Bluetooth is connected, click Button ▶|| to answer/reject calls.

Power On/Off

Long press the ▶|| button to turn the power on or off.

Bluetooth

Long press the ▶|| button to turn on the power. Two prompt tones will sound from the earphones. Press Button M to switch to Bluetooth mode. The blue and red indicator lights will flash alternately, and a prompt tone will sound from the earphones. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone and pair it with this unit [AGPtEK A15]. After successful connection, a clear prompt tone will sound, and the indicator light will flash slowly.

Caution: Pairing requires connection for the first time. From the second time onwards, it will automatically connect if the device is detected.

1. While music is playing, if Bluetooth is connected and a call comes in, you can answer or reject the call by clicking Button ▶||.

2. Double-click Button ▶|| to redial the last dialed number.

Music Playback

1. After turning on the power, press Button M to switch to MP3 mode.

2. Double-click Button ▶|| to call the last dialed number.

Charging and File Transfer

When the unit turns off, a prompt tone will sound. If the earphones sound twice, the device needs to be charged. Connect to a computer or adapter (5V 500-800mA) using the USB cable and charge. Connect to a computer to transfer music and other files.

Troubleshooting

Cannot Start

• Check if there is power.

Noise

• Please check if the earphones are clean. Dirt can cause noise.
• Damaged music files can cause noise.

No Sound

• Increase volume by pressing the Volume UP Button +.
• Ensure the earphone plug is inserted firmly.
• Check if the music file is compatible.
• Check if the file on the computer is corrupted.

Cannot Transfer Files

• Ensure the unit and computer are properly connected.
• The internal memory capacity may be full.
• Try using a different USB cable.
