Connections and Schematics

Connection of Smart Relays on AC Supply

Diagrams illustrate the connection of smart relays (e.g., SR1B, SR...1FU) to AC supply (L, N) and various inputs/outputs. Key connections include power supply terminals (e.g., ~24V 50/60 Hz, ~100...240 V 50/60 Hz) and output terminals. Protection components such as a 1 A quick-blow fuse or circuit-breaker are recommended for the main supply. For specific outputs like Q9 and QA, a 5 A rating is noted, with a maximum current of 10 A in terminal C. Inductive loads are also indicated.

Connection with Discrete I/O Extension Module

Diagrams show the connection of smart relays with discrete I/O extension modules (e.g., SR3B...B + SR3XT...B, SR3B...FU + SR3XT...FU). A 1 A quick-blow fuse or circuit-breaker is recommended for the primary connection. For extension modules like SR3XT141.., QF and QG connections require a 5 A rating.
