This document provides operating instructions for the LC-M16-FHD-60-P portable monitor.

Product Appearance

The portable monitor features the following components:

• Left Side: Speaker sound hole, Functional interface.
• Front Side: Power key, Indicator.

Usage and Connectivity

Connecting to a Desktop PC

Connections:

• Type-C power line
• HDMI signal cable

Steps:

1. Connect the HDMI cable from the monitor's Mini-HDMI port to the PC's HDMI port.
2. Connect one end of the Type-C power line to one of the monitor's Type-C ports and the other end to the adapter. Plug the adapter into a power socket to power the monitor.

Connecting to a Laptop

Connections:

• Type-C power line
• Type-C data cable

Steps:

1. Connect one end of the Type-C data cable to one of the monitor's Type-C ports and the other end to the laptop's Type-C signal port.

Function Keys and Menu Operation

Introduction of Function Keys

The monitor has several function keys:

• ⬆️ Up key: Used for volume up, progress bar up, or previous cycle.
• ⬇️ Down key: Used for volume down, progress bar down, or next cycle.
• ? Power key / Shortcut menu key: Used for power on/off (long press) or to access menus.
• ? Power/Signal Indicator: Shows status (Ice blue: normal, Orange: standby, Off: powered off).
• ? Shortcut volume icon: Appears when the main menu is closed.

Menu Description

When the monitor is powered on, pressing the Menu key opens the On-Screen Display (OSD) main menu.

Key Control Method

After the main menu appears, use the Up and Down keys to select functions and options. Press the Power key to enter sub-menus and long-press for 1 second to return to the previous menu. The menu window disappears after 3 seconds of inactivity.

Menu Navigation Examples:

Home Page: Use Down key to navigate options. Press Power key for next menu, long-press for 1s to return. After selecting a function, use Up/Down keys to adjust. Window disappears after 3s inactivity.

Luminance: Use Up/Down keys to adjust.

Contrast Ratio: Use Up/Down keys to adjust.

Sound: Use Up/Down keys to adjust.

Color Temperature: Use Down key to navigate options. Press Power key for next menu, long-press for 1s to return. After selecting a function, use Up/Down keys to adjust. Window disappears after 3s inactivity.

• Chroma: Adjust using Up/Down keys.
• Saturation: Adjust using Up/Down keys.

Other Icons: Use Up/Down keys to navigate options. Use Power key to select function. Window disappears after 3s inactivity.

Notes and Precautions

• Keep away from water sources or damp places (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, basements, swimming pools).
• Ensure the device is installed and placed on a stable surface to prevent injury or damage from falling.
• Store and use the product in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from radiation and heat sources.
• Do not cover or block ventilation holes on the back cover. Avoid using on surfaces like beds, sofas, or blankets.
• Check the device's power supply voltage range on the back label. Consult a dealer or local electric utility if unsure.
• For prolonged periods of non-use, disconnect the power to prevent electric shock and damage from abnormal voltage during thunderstorms.
• Do not overload electrical sockets to prevent fire or electric shock.
• Do not insert foreign objects into the machine, as this can cause short circuits, leading to fire or electric shock.
• Do not disassemble or repair the product without authorization. Contact after-sales service for malfunctions.
• Do not pull or twist signal and data cables excessively.

Troubleshooting

Health Recommendations

To avoid eye fatigue and pain in the neck, arms, elbows, and shoulders from prolonged monitor use, please pay attention to the following:

1. Keep your eyes 20 to 28 inches (about 50-70 cm) from the monitor screen.
2. Increase blinking frequency to relieve eye fatigue.
3. Take a 20-minute rest every two hours.
4. During rest, look away from the monitor at a distant target for at least 20 seconds.
5. During rest, stretch to relieve tension in the neck, arms, back, and shoulders.

Low Blue Ray Description

Blue light from screens can cause eye strain. The wavelength of blue light is generally 400-480nm, with harmful blue light at 415-455nm. This monitor features a function to reduce blue light emission, which can be enabled through the menu settings.
