Product Overview
This document provides instructions and information for the LC-Power LC-M28-4K-UHD monitor.

1. Safety Precautions
- Keep the monitor away from water sources or damp places, such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and swimming pools.
- Ensure the monitor is placed on a flat surface. If it falls, it may cause injury or damage to the device.
- Store and use the monitor in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from emission and heat sources.
- Do not cover or block the vent hole in the rear casing. Do not use the product on a bed, sofa, blanket, or similar objects.
- The supply voltage range is printed on the label on the rear casing. Consult the distributor or local power company if it is impossible to determine the supply voltage.
- If the monitor will not be used for a long period, unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- Use a reliable earthing socket. Do not overload the socket, as it may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not put foreign matters into the monitor, as it may cause short circuits, resulting in fire or electric shock.
- Do not disassemble or repair this product yourself to avoid electric shock. If faults occur, contact the after-sales service directly.
- Do not pull or twist the power cable forcefully.
- There is a polarizer layer (not a protective film) on the surface of the screen. Do not peel it off, or the product may be damaged and the warranty will be invalid.
2. Maintenance
CAUTION: Unplug the power cable from the outlet before cleaning the monitor.
- To clean your screen, slightly moisten a soft, clean cloth with water.
- Please use a special screen-cleaning tissue if possible.
- Do not use benzene, thinner, ammonia, abrasive cleaners, or compressed air.
- Inappropriate cleaning solutions may damage the monitor or leave a milky film on the screen or the housing.
- Unplug the monitor if you are not going to use it for a longer time period.
- Do not expose the monitor to dust, liquids, or a humid environment.
- In case the monitor gets in touch with any liquid, wipe it down immediately using a dry cloth.
- In case any liquid gets spilled into the ventilation holes, do not use the monitor anymore. Please contact a professional service technician.
3. Product Introduction
Packing List: Please check that the package of the monitor contains all parts. If any part is missing, please contact the retailer.
- Display screen: The main monitor panel.
- Stand: Consists of a base and a support pole for mounting the monitor.
- Base: The flat, stable part that supports the stand.
- Mounting studs: Typically four screws used for attaching the stand or wall mount.
- DP signal cable: Cable for DisplayPort connection.
- Power cable: Cable to connect the monitor to a power source.

4. Instructions for Usage
Description of Buttons
The monitor features five buttons, typically located on the rear or bottom edge, used for navigation and control:
- Button 1: Menu button - Enters sub-menus or quickly accesses the main menu.
- Button 2: Down button - Moves down in menus or quickly enters the GamePlus mode.
- Button 3: Up button - Moves up in menus or quickly changes the preset mode.
- Button 4: Exit button - Exits or returns to the previous menu, or quickly switches the input signal.
- Button 5: Power button - Turns the monitor on or off.
Explanation of Indicators
The monitor has an indicator light:
- Indicator light: A steady white light indicates that the power is on and the monitor is working normally. A red light indicates that no horizontal or vertical synchronous signal is detected, or that there is no video input signal, and the monitor is in standby status. Ensure your computer is turned on and operating normally, and check that all video cables are fully plugged in and connected to the monitor.
Adjusting the Monitor
- Tilting Angle: The screen can be tilted from -5.0° (± 2.0°) to +11° (± 2.0°).
- Height Adjustment: The monitor offers a height adjustment range of 105 mm (± 5.0 mm).
5. Installation
Installation of Base
- Open the carton package, take out the foam part, and place it flat on the table top. Keep the foam part underneath the monitor before attaching the stand.
- Take out the bracket and mount it to the base with a thumb screw.
- Use two screws to mount the base element to the back of the monitor.
- After assembly, carefully lift the stand to place the monitor upright.
Note: Do not press the liquid crystal screen with your hand to avoid damage to the screen panel.
Installation of a Wall-Mounting Accessory
- Open the carton package, take out the foam part, and place it flat on the table top. Keep the foam part underneath the monitor before attaching the stand.
- Take out the mounting studs and mount them to the back of the monitor. (Typically 4x mounting studs are used).
- Hang the assembled product on a hard wall. Do not pinch the screen with your hands to avoid damaging the screen.
A 75 x 75 mm mount is typically used for wall mounting (mount is not supplied).
Note: To prevent the monitor from falling when used on the wall, please install it properly and securely. Do not place or hang any objects on the wall bracket.
6. Cable Connection
* Important note: If the power cable or signal cable is damaged, you must replace it immediately.
DP or HDMI Interface
- DP Connection: Use the DP cable to connect the DP IN interface of the monitor to the DP OUT interface of a PC.
- HDMI Connection: Use the HDMI cable to connect the HDMI IN interface of the monitor to the HDMI OUT interface of a PC.
AUDIO OUT
Connect audio playback devices, such as headphones, to the AUDIO OUT interface.
POWER
Please connect the power adapter plug to the corresponding power port of the monitor, and connect the other end to a properly grounded power outlet.
