Water Resistance
This watch offers various levels of water resistance:
- 50M Water Resistant
- 100M Water Resistant
- 200M Water Resistant
- 300M Water Resistant
Note: Water resistance ratings indicate suitability for specific activities, not guaranteed waterproofness. Refer to the manual for detailed usage guidelines.
General Operations and Button Functions
The watch features several buttons, typically labeled A, B, C, and D, used for navigation and setting functions.
Button A: Often used for mode selection or scrolling through options.
Button B: Typically used for adjusting values or confirming settings.
Button C: Often used for switching between functions or cancelling operations.
Button D: Commonly used for adjusting values, confirming settings, or activating specific functions like the light.
The display shows time, date, day of the week, and various indicators (e.g., alarm, stopwatch, timer, PM indicator).
The watch operates within the years 2000 to 2099.
Timekeeping Mode
This mode displays the current time and date.
Setting the Time and Date:
- Press Button A to cycle through modes until the time display is shown.
- Press and hold Button D to enter the setting mode. The seconds will flash.
- Press Button B or D to reset the seconds to 00.
- Press Button A to move to the next setting (Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Day).
- Use Button B or D to adjust the flashing value for each setting.
- Press Button D to exit the setting mode.
12/24 Hour Format:
In timekeeping mode, press Button A to select the desired format. The display will show 'P' for PM in 12-hour format. Press Button D to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.
Daylight Saving Time (DST):
In timekeeping mode, press Button D to toggle DST ON or OFF. The DST indicator will appear on the display when enabled.
Alarm Mode
This watch supports multiple alarms (e.g., AL1, AL2, AL3, TAL, SNZ, SIG).
Setting an Alarm:
- Press Button A to enter Alarm Mode.
- Press Button D to select the alarm to set (e.g., AL1, AL2).
- Press and hold Button D to enter the alarm setting mode. The hour will flash.
- Use Button B or D to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press Button A to move to the alarm minute setting.
- Use Button B or D to adjust the alarm minute.
- Press Button D to confirm and exit alarm setting.
Enabling/Disabling Alarms:
In Alarm Mode, press Button D to cycle through alarm settings (e.g., AL1 ON/OFF, AL2 ON/OFF). The alarm indicator will appear when enabled.
Snooze Alarm (SNZ):
If the alarm is set to SNZ, it will sound for a short period and then repeat after a few minutes.
Stopwatch Mode
The stopwatch measures elapsed time, split times, and 1st/2nd place times.
Using the Stopwatch:
- Press Button A to enter Stopwatch Mode.
- Press Button D to start the stopwatch.
- Press Button D again to stop the stopwatch.
- Press Button B to reset the stopwatch to zero.
- To record split times, press Button B while the stopwatch is running. Press Button B again to release the split time and resume timing.
- For 1st/2nd place times, press Button B to record the 1st place time and release the split. Press Button D to record the 2nd place time and stop the main timer.
Maximum measurement: 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds.
Timer Mode
The countdown timer can be set for a specific duration.
Setting the Countdown Timer:
- Press Button A to enter Timer Mode.
- Press and hold Button D to enter the timer setting mode. The preset time will flash.
- Use Button B or D to set the desired countdown time (e.g., hours, minutes).
- Press Button D to confirm the setting.
Starting/Stopping the Timer:
In Timer Mode, press Button D to start the countdown. Press Button D again to pause, and press Button B to reset.
The timer can be set to auto-repeat.
Additional Features
LED Light:
Press Button D (or a designated light button) to activate the LED backlight for viewing in low light conditions.
Battery Indicator:
The watch may display a battery level indicator or a low battery warning.
Error Messages:
If an "ERR" message appears, it indicates an operational error. Refer to the manual or reset the watch.
