Cleaning the Watch:

  • Use a soft cloth to wipe dirt, perspiration, and water from the case and crystal.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth for leather bands.
  • For metal, plastic, or rubber bands, wash with mild soap and water, using a soft brush for gaps. If not water-resistant, consult your dealer.

WARNING: Handling of the battery

  • Keep batteries out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.

CAUTION: Replacing the battery

  • For battery replacement, contact your dealer or Citizen Service Center.
  • Replace the battery promptly when its service life expires to prevent leakage and damage.

CAUTION: Operating environment

  • Use the watch within the specified operating temperature range (0°C to +55°C / +32°F to +131°F). Temperatures outside this range may affect performance or cause stoppage.
  • Do not use the watch in high temperatures (e.g., saunas) as this may cause skin burns.
  • Do not leave the watch in hot places like a car's glove compartment or dashboard, as this can deform plastic parts.
  • Keep the watch away from magnets. Magnetic fields can cause inaccurate timekeeping. If affected, move the watch away from the magnet and reset the time.
  • Avoid placing the watch near appliances that generate static electricity, as this can affect timekeeping accuracy.
  • Do not subject the watch to strong shocks, such as dropping it.
