Thank you for purchasing this accessory. Please read these instructions and combine the instruction manual of the main light fitting carefully before use to ensure safe and satisfactory operation of this accessory. Please retain these instructions for future reference.

Please read these instructions carefully before commencing any work. This unit must be fitted by a competent and qualified electrician. Install in accordance with the IEE Wiring regulations and current Building Regulations. If you are in any doubt, please consult a qualified electrician. If replacing an existing fitting, make a careful note of the connections. To prevent electrocution, switch off at the mains supply before installing or maintaining this fitting. Ensure other persons cannot restore the electrical supply without your knowledge. Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling advice.
These Plug and Play accessories for the HeroPRO series (HeroPRO Mini CCT/HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT) will extend the functions of HeroPRO series lamps. Installation and wiring should refer to the corresponding wiring diagram according to your existing light fitting and purchased accessories.
Wiring Diagrams
1. Wiring for Standard Function
Diagram Description: Shows a simple wiring connection between the SUPPLY, LIGHT FITTING, and a driver. Wires are indicated as Brown (Live) and Blue (Neutral).
2. Wiring for Microwave Function
Diagram Description: Shows wiring for a standard function plus a Microwave Sensor Accessory. Connections are made from SUPPLY to the LIGHT FITTING and the Microwave Sensor.
3. Wiring for Emergency Function
Diagram Description: Shows wiring for a standard function plus an Emergency Accessory. Connections are made from SUPPLY to the LIGHT FITTING and the Emergency accessory.
4. Wiring for Emergency function & Microwave Sensor function
Diagram Description: Shows wiring for both Emergency Accessory and Microwave Sensor Accessory connected to the SUPPLY and LIGHT FITTING.
5. Stepped Dim Microwave Movement Sensor Function
(Only suitable for HeroPRO CCT/HeroPRO XL CCT)
Diagram Description: Shows wiring for a Stepped Dim Microwave Movement Sensor Function. Connections involve SUPPLY, LIGHT FITTING, and the Microwave Sensor. It also notes that when connecting a corridor accessory, the original driver must be removed and replaced with the corridor accessory's driver.
6. Stepped Dim Microwave Movement Sensor Function - Emergency Accessory
(Only suitable for HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT)
Diagram Description: Shows wiring for both an Emergency Accessory and a Stepped Dim Microwave Movement Sensor Function. Connections are made from SUPPLY to the LIGHT FITTING, Emergency accessory, and Microwave Sensor.
Installation Instructions
Installation for HeroPRO Mini CCT / HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT (Emergency Kit)
- Undo the screw to open the battery cover and connect the battery terminal. Then refit the battery cover and screw fix.
- Fix the EM kit to the back of the LED board in place.
- Connect the EM kit terminal to the terminal of the LED board.
- Connect L of EM kit to PL of terminal block in back of LED board and N to N.
- Insert the indicator light into the indicator light hole of the LED board.

Installation for HeroPRO Mini CCT / HeroPRO CCT / HeroPRO XL CCT (Microwave Sensor)
- Remove the SL cable on the terminal block to connect it to the L' of the microwave sensor first, then remove the N cable to connect it to the N of the OUTPUT terminal on the microwave sensor.
- Fix the microwave sensor to the back of the LED board in place.
- Insert the L cable of the microwave sensor into the SL of the terminal block, and the N cable into the N terminal of the terminal block.
- MW settings can be adjusted either before or after the MW kit installation.

Installation in HeroPRO CCT range (Corridor Kit)
Model: 101458 HeroPRO medium corridor kit
- Remove the 5 cables (L, N, W-, V+, G-) from the driver fixed on the LED board.
- Press down the clip on the LED panel with a screwdriver to remove the driver cover fixed on the LED board, then remove the driver integrated board.
- Install the corridor microwave drive (corridor sensor & new driver integrated board) and reclip the driver cover removed in step 2 to the LED board in place.
- Connect the 5 cables to the new drive (L, N, W-, V+, G-).
- Corridor sensor settings can be adjusted either before or after corridor kit installation.

Installation in HeroPRO XL CCT range (Corridor Kit)
Model: 103943 HeroPRO XL corridor kit
- Remove the 5 cables from the driver fixed on the light (L, N, W-, V+, G-).
- Undo the screws fixed on both sides to remove the original driver fixed on the light.
- Undo the two screws fixed on the LED board to remove the microwave bracket to show the screw holes for installing the corridor sensor.
- Install the 103943 HeroPRO XL corridor kit (corridor sensor & new driver) into the LED board.
- Connect the 5 cables to the new drive (L, N, W-, V+, G-).
- Corridor sensor settings can be adjusted either before or after corridor kit installation.

Care and Safety
We recommend cleaning with a soft dry cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners as these could damage the finish. For your safety, always switch off the power supply before cleaning.
