2. The Offer is available only at Samsung Online Store (shop.samsung.com) (“Shops”).
3. This Offer is only valid for Samsung Galaxy Fold7 / Flip7/ Flip7 FE/ Watch8 series (the “Device(s)”) which shall be subject to availability.
Rewards Points and E-Vouchers
4. Customers may receive up to 5X rewards points when purchasing Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7, Flip7 FE / Watch8 series on samsung.com, offer valid in United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar (the "Territory").

13. The e-voucher amount is redeemable on the same one-time purchase only and the remaining amount cannot be re-used.
General Terms and Liabilities
14. Samsung and its partners shall not be liable for any costs or damages that may incur because of the loss of the order Confirmation Email.
15. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to the Validity Period.
16. Products and complimentary gifts are subject to stock availability.
17. Samsung and its partners shall not be liable in the event of delay and/or non-performance of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of: quarantine restriction caused by the outbreak of any national or international pandemic; any other restriction issued by the federal government of the United Arab Emirates or state Government in any of the emirates; or Force Majeure beyond the control of Samsung to fulfil any of its obligations stated herein.
18. By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country where the customer is resident in the Territory and such disputes in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
