Accurate High-Speed Passive Probing
Extremely low capacitive loading minimizes adverse effects on circuits, making longer ground leads acceptable. Furthermore, the probe's wide bandwidth allows you to see high-frequency components in your signal, which is crucial when measuring high-speed application devices. The TPP1000, TPP0500B, and TPP0250 passive voltage probes offer all the advantages of general-purpose probes, such as high dynamic range, flexible connection options, and robust mechanical construction, while delivering the performance of active probes.
Accurate Low-Voltage
The TPP0502 features the industry's highest bandwidth (500 MHz) and lowest attenuation factor (2X) for low-voltage measurements, such as ripple measurements commonly found on power supply outputs. The TPP0502's low capacitive loading means longer ground leads can be used with this probe, with minimal impact on measurement quality, giving today's engineers the flexibility to move freely in their designs without concern for ground lead length.
