Assembly Guide
Follow these steps for the assembly of your Reebok i-Run 3.0 treadmill.
- Step 1: Attach the console housing (upper) to the main frame.
- Step 2: Insert the console into the designated slot.
- Step 3: Attach the left and right handlebars to the upright posts.
- Step 4: Secure the handlebars by tightening the bolts.
- Steps 5-8: Continue assembling the console and handlebar components, ensuring all connections are secure.
- Steps 9-10: Connect the necessary cables and finalize the console and handlebar assembly.
Update Information: Specific assembly steps are illustrated with diagrams showing part connections and actions like 'Pull' and 'LOCK'.

Folding and Transport
Instructions for folding the treadmill for storage and transport:
- Step I: Show the treadmill in its upright position.
- Step II: Illustrates releasing a locking mechanism.
- Step III: Shows the platform beginning to lower.
- Step IV: Depicts the platform being lowered further.
- Step V: Shows the treadmill in a folded, storage-ready position.
- Step VI: Illustrates the mechanism for securing the folded unit, possibly with a pull-tab or lock.
Transport/Correct Use: A diagram shows a person safely moving the folded treadmill, indicating proper handling techniques.
Computer Functions & Operation
The Reebok i-Run 3.0 console provides various functions to monitor and control your workout.
Console Display:
- Calories/Distance: Displays calories burned or distance covered.
- LED Window: Shows program status, time, or other relevant information.
- Speed/Pulse: Displays current speed and heart rate.
- MP3 Input: Connection for MP3 players.
Button Operation:
- Start: Begins a program or workout.
- Stop: Stops the machine at any time.
- Program (P): Selects desired programs (P01-P12, FAT, Manual).
- Mode (M): Used to select/confirm settings within a program.
- Speed +/-: Adjusts speed during a workout.
Safety Key:
A red safety key is included. The treadmill will not operate without it. It is designed to stop the machine immediately in an emergency. The safety key clip must be attached to the user's clothing during workouts.
Pulse Grips:
Located on the front handlebars, these sensors monitor the user's pulse rate when held simultaneously. The pulse monitor is for guidance only and not for medical use.
MP3 Functionality:
Connect a personal MP3 player via the supplied cable to play music through the built-in speakers. Volume is controlled by the MP3 player.
Program Modes:
- Manual Programme: Start immediately and adjust speed manually. Press 'Stop' to finish.
- H1-H3 Programme: Work out to a set Time (H1), Distance (H2), or Calorie (H3) value. Adjust target values using Speed +/- buttons and start. The countdown will proceed, and the machine will stop automatically.
- P1-P12 Programs: Pre-set programs with automatic speed changes across 10 segments. Users can select a program and set the workout time.
Program Charts:
Detailed speed settings for P1-P12 programs are provided in both KM/H and MILE/H units.
HRC (Heart Rate Control) Programs:
These programs adjust treadmill speed automatically to maintain a target heart rate. Users set age, target heart rate, and exercise time. Ensure pulse sensors are held firmly.
FAT Measurement:
Users can measure body fat percentage by entering gender, age, height, and weight, then holding the pulse sensors.
Imperial/Metric Conversion:
Instructions are provided to switch speed and distance settings between Miles per hour and Kilometres per hour by pressing the 'P' and 'M' keys together.
Limited Warranty
RFE International Ltd. warrants this product against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal home use conditions. Proof of purchase is required for warranty validation. The warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the product through authorized service centers. It does not cover damage from abuse, misuse, modifications, or commercial use. The product is designed for home use only.
