Precautions

• The lithium polymer battery in this band cannot be removed.
• When using the band to measure your heart rate, please ensure the wristband is worn correctly and regularly.
• Do not wear the band too tightly; ensure there is some space between the band and your wrist.
• If you experience discomfort or skin irritation, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.
• For swimming, avoid swimming pools or swimming near the shore. Remember to dry the band after swimming. Avoid exposing the band to direct impact from currents during water sports.

Battery Safety

This device is equipped with a built-in battery that cannot be removed or replaced by yourself. Do not attempt to open or modify the battery. Improper use may lead to leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and do not mix them with household waste. Avoid exposing the battery to extremely high temperatures, direct sunlight, or flammable liquids or gases. Exposure to extremely low pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Handle the battery correctly to prevent damage.

How to Install

1. Insert one end of the fitness tracker into the slot from the front of the wristband.

Wearing

1. Comfortably tighten the band around your wrist. Position the band about a finger's width away from your wrist bone.

Connecting with APP

1. Scan the QR code to download and install the app. Add the Xiaomi Smart Band app first before you start using the band.

How to Use

After successfully pairing with your device, the band will start tracking and analyzing your daily activities and sleeping habits.

Tap the touchscreen to light it up.

Swipe left or right on the touchscreen to quickly select from functions or view notifications.

Disassembling

To disassemble the band, gently pull the fitness tracker out of the wristband.

1. Hold the wristband with one hand.

2. Use your finger to find the gap between the fitness tracker and the wristband.

3. Gently push the fitness tracker out of the wristband.

Charging
