To enhance your printing experience, download the KODAK MEMO SHOT app. You can find the app by searching for "KODAK MEMO SHOT" on your device's app store. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
The camera connects wirelessly via Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone to pair with the camera.
Getting Started: Preparation and Setup
Follow these steps to prepare and set up your KODAK MEMO SHOT ERA MS100:
- Prepare the Camera: Ensure your KODAK MEMO SHOT ERA MS100 is ready for use.
- Identify Components: Familiarize yourself with the camera's parts, including the lens, flash, shutter button, power button, paper output slot, and USB-C charging port.
- Charge the Device: Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB-C cable to charge the battery. A full charge is recommended before first use.
- Insert Cartridge: Open the cartridge compartment and insert a KODAK photo paper cartridge. Ensure it is correctly aligned.
- Connect via Bluetooth: Turn on the camera and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Search for available devices and connect to "Kodak Memo_1AB2" or "Kodak Memo_1AB2_iphone" (depending on your device type).
Limited One Year Warranty
Prinics Co., LTD. provides a limited one-year warranty for the KODAK Photo Printer and Cartridge. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, commencing from the date of product purchase.
If a defect is identified within the warranty period, Prinics will, at its option, repair or replace the product. Customers must contact support@kodakphotoprinter.com to obtain a "DMA" (Defective Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the product. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for service requests.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Force majeure events.
- Unauthorized repairs or disassembly.
- Battery depletion due to prolonged non-charging (approximately 3 months), which may prevent activation.
- Improper use, failure to follow instructions, or lack of preventive maintenance.
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidents, abuse, or other external events beyond reasonable control.
Prinics disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
