Salto Premium Line Accessories HT Thumbturn Installation Guide

Tools and Components Required

• PZ2 Screwdriver (Not included)
• 2x Screws
• 1x Mounting Ring
• 1x Key Cylinder

This guide provides instructions for installing Salto Premium Line Accessories HT Thumbturn, designed for Ælement and Ælement Fusion door systems.

Installation Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare the Cylinder

   Insert the internal mechanism into the key cylinder from the inside of the door. The mechanism is labeled 'INSIDE'.

2. Step 2: Mount the Cylinder Assembly

   Attach the key cylinder assembly to the door preparation.

3. Step 3: Assemble Components

   Assemble the various components of the thumbturn mechanism as shown in the diagram.

4. Step 4: Secure with Screws

   Use the provided screws to secure the assembly. A ring component is also attached during this step.

5. Step 5: Attach Thumbturn

   Fit the thumbturn onto the cylinder mechanism, ensuring proper alignment.

6. Step 6: Mount to Door Plate

   Mount the assembled thumbturn and cylinder unit onto the door plate, securing it with screws.

7. Step 7: Final Installation

   The Salto HT Thumbturn is now fully installed on the door.
