Tools Required

The following tools are recommended for installation:

• PZ2 Screwdriver (Not included)

The installation process involves fitting accessories to the outside and inside of the door.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Outside Preparation

Begin by preparing the outside of the door. This involves aligning the accessory with the door's keyhole and mounting points. The diagram shows the outside escutcheon plate being positioned.

Keyhole Types Supported:

• PH (Standard cylinder keyhole)
• PZ (Euro profile cylinder keyhole)
• PB (Possible alternative keyhole type)

Step 2: Inside Fitting

On the inside of the door, attach the internal mounting plate using the provided screws. Ensure the plate is securely fastened to the door structure.

Step 3: Outside Assembly

Assemble the external components. This includes fitting the outer escutcheon plate and any decorative elements.

Step 4: Securing the Outside Component

Align the outer part of the accessory with the internal mounting plate and push until it clicks into place. This secures the external trim.

Step 5: Inside Component Alignment

On the inside, align the internal trim or handle with the mounting points and secure it.

Step 6: Final Outside Click

A final click indicates that the outside components are correctly seated and secured.

Step 7: Cylinder Installation

Insert the cylinder into the prepared opening. Align the cylinder with the screw holes on the mounting plate and secure it with screws.

Step 8: Final Check

Ensure all components are securely fastened and the accessory functions correctly. The diagram shows the final assembly with screws in place.
