3. Installation
DIN-rail Installation
Suitable for Superic L2 series switches.
Desktop Installation
Place the switch on a flat surface.
Rack-Mount Installation
Mount the switch in a standard equipment rack using appropriate accessories.
4. Management
Local Login via Web Browser
- Launch a web browser.
- Type the default IP address
192.168.0.1in the address bar. - The login screen will appear. The default username and password are both
admin.
Access via Console Cable
Connection Diagram: PC <-> Serial Line <-> Superic Industrial Switch
Steps:
- Download and install PuTTY software.
- Connect the computer and the switch using the console cable.
- Configure the COM port number and baud rate (115200) in PuTTY.
Login via Telnet
Connection Diagram: PC <-> Ethernet Cable <-> Superic Industrial Switch
Steps:
- Configure the IP address of your computer to be in the same segment as the switch's management IP address.
- Open the command prompt (cmd) window on your computer.
- Enter
telnet <switch_management_IP_address>(e.g.,telnet 192.168.0.1).
Warranty Information
Warranty Terms:
- If the product defects within three months after purchase, a new product of the same model will be provided.
- If the product defects within the three-year warranty period, professional maintenance service will be provided.
Requirements for Service: Proof of purchase and a complete product serial number are required.
Exclusions: The limited warranty does not cover defects caused by factors other than workmanship or product quality, such as natural disasters, water damage, extreme thermal or environmental conditions, sticker damage, or warranty card loss.
