Introduction

The 091FLv2/091FLRFv2 is a programmable, weekly thermostat designed to control room temperature in heating or cooling systems. Please read this manual carefully before initial use. Use only AA 1.5V alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.

Proper Thermostat Placement

For optimal performance, the thermostat should be mounted approximately 150 cm from the floor and at least 20 cm away from any corners or heat-emitting sources.

Wiring Diagrams

091FLv2 Wiring Diagram

Connect L (Live) and N (Neutral) from the power supply to the thermostat. The relay outputs (COM and NO) connect to the heating/cooling system. Ensure the maximum rating of 5 (3) A is not exceeded.

091FLRFv2 Wiring Diagram

Connect L (Live) and N (Neutral) from the 230V AC power supply to the receiver (RXRT510). The thermostat connects wirelessly to the receiver. The receiver's relay outputs (COM and NO) connect to the heating/cooling system. Ensure the maximum rating of 16 (5) A is not exceeded.

Note: For the 091FLRFv2 pack, the thermostat and receiver are pre-paired.

Setting the Time

  1. Press OK button to highlight the display.
  2. Press D to set the day of the week.
  3. Press H to set the hour.
  4. Press M to set the minutes.

Setting the Comfort Temperature

  1. Press OK button to highlight the display.
  2. Press the [up arrow] button and then press the Temp button.
  3. The display will show the current comfort temperature. Press the [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons to change this temperature.
  4. To confirm, press the OK button.

Setting the Economic Temperature

  1. Press OK button to highlight the display.
  2. Press the [down arrow] button and then press the Temp button.
  3. The display will show the current economic temperature. Press the [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons to change this temperature.
  4. To confirm, press the OK button.

Programs

The thermostat offers 9 programs. Programs 0-5 are factory pre-set, while programs 6-8 can be user-defined.

Selection of Factory (0-5) Programs

  1. Press OK to highlight the display.
  2. Select the day of the week by pressing the Prog button.
  3. Press Prog # to set the program number (0-5) for the selected day.
  4. Program 0 is a special program that sets the thermostat to antifrost temperature (7°C) for the entire day.
  5. To confirm, press the OK button.

Choosing and Programming (6-8) User Programs

  1. Press OK to highlight the display.
  2. Select the day of the week by pressing the Prog button.
  3. Press Prog # to set the program number (6, 7, or 8) for the selected day.
  4. Press the [left arrow] or [right arrow] button. Each press moves the timeline by one hour and allows assignment of comfort or economic temperature.
  5. To confirm, press the OK button.

Service Menu

Press OK to highlight the display. Then, hold the OK button for 5 seconds to open the service menu.

  1. Mode Selection

    • Heating mode: Relay closes contacts when heating is required (default).
    • Cooling mode: Relay closes contacts when cooling is required (with 5 minutes delay).

    Select using [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons. Confirm with OK.

  2. Heating Device Delay Switch

    • Disabled (default setting).
    • Enabled (5 min delay).

    Select using [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons. Confirm with OK.

  3. Temperature Span (Hysteresis)

    • Possible values: 0.5°C or 1.0°C (default = 1.0°C).

    Select using [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons. Confirm with OK.

  4. Measured Temperature Correction

    • Value range: -3.0°C to +3.0°C (default = 0.0°C).

    Select using [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons. Confirm with OK.

  5. Terminal Output

    • Normally Open*
    • Normally Closed*
    • *Feature available from software version 2.6.

    Select using [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons. Confirm with OK.

    The green LED on the receiver indicates when the relay output is active.

  6. Pairing Process

    • Pairing process inactive.
    • Pairing process active.

    Note: For the 091FLRFv2 pack, the thermostat and receiver are pre-paired.

    To re-pair the thermostat with the receiver:

    1. Disconnect the device from power.
    2. Set receiver switches to AUTO and ON.
    3. Connect the receiver to power and wait for the red LED to light steadily.
    4. Quickly switch the receiver to OFF, then back to ON. The red flashing LED indicates pairing mode.
    5. Select [Pairing icon] using [up arrow] or [down arrow] buttons and confirm with OK to start pairing.
    6. The display will show "Pairing...". The process may take up to 10 minutes.
    7. Once paired, the receiver's red LED will light steadily. Press OK button to end the pairing process.
