Product Overview

Package Contents:

The package includes the charging case, two earbuds (left and right), three sizes of ear tips (S, M, L), a USB Type-C charging cable, and this user manual.

How to Wear

Ensure the correct earbud (L for left, R for right) is inserted into the corresponding ear. The earbud should fit snugly and comfortably.

Charging

Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB Type-C cable. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status.

Powering On/Off

Powering On: Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically turn on.

Powering Off (Sleep Mode): Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically turn off and enter sleep mode.

Connection

Initial Pairing: Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will enter pairing mode. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "Redmi Buds 5 Pro" to connect.

Connecting to Two Devices: The Redmi Buds 5 Pro support connecting to two devices simultaneously. Follow the on-screen instructions in the Xiaomi Earbuds app or your device's Bluetooth settings to manage multi-device connections.

Forced Pairing

If you need to manually pair the earbuds with a new device, place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the power button on the case for approximately 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.

Using a Single Earbud

You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply take one earbud out of the charging case, and it will automatically connect to your device if previously paired.

Factory Reset

To reset the earbuds to factory settings, place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the power button on the case for approximately 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes. Then, press the power button again for 2 seconds. The indicator light will flash three times, confirming the reset.

Function Overview

Call Controls:

• Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch area on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Triple-tap the touch area on either earbud.

Music Controls:

• Play/Pause Music: Double-tap the touch area on either earbud.
• Next Track: Triple-tap the touch area on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Triple-tap the touch area on the left earbud.

Noise Cancellation/Transparency Mode: Long-press the touch area on either earbud to cycle through noise cancellation, transparency mode, and normal mode.

Connecting with the App

1. Scan the QR code to download and install the Xiaomi Earbuds app for additional features.
2. Follow the app's instructions to connect the earbuds.

Note: Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled during connection. Place the earbuds in the charging case, open the lid, and ensure your smartphone is near the case.

• The Xiaomi Earbuds app is compatible with Android 6.0 or later, and iOS 14.0 or later.
• Please update the app to the latest version.
