Functionalities
Ultra-Fast Spectrum Analyzer
The MOSAIQ6 enables capturing interfering signals, regardless of how fast they are. Professional spectrum analyzer with ultra-fast digital processing (scan time <10ms) and extended dynamic range (>50 dB). Equipped with advanced functions for detecting and analyzing signals between 5 MHz and 3300 MHz (waterfall, event-triggered measurements, indicators, user-configurable RBW and VBW, etc.).
Waterfall
Graphical projection of the signal in time and frequency. Signal levels are converted to color and displayed on a time axis. An optimal tool for analyzing interference or short signal drops that would be difficult to observe with the spectrum alone.
Constellation & Echo
The constellation diagram is essential for detecting noise, phase fluctuations, interference, and other problems that can affect signal quality by reducing MER. The echo graphical projection allows for the identification of echo in DVB-T/T2 terrestrial signal reception, meaning BER measurement can be significantly reduced.
Multi-Standard
All-in-one. Analyze and perform measurements of analog and digital signals, both terrestrial and satellite, with a single meter: FM, IPTV, fiber optics, WiFi, DVB-T/T2, DVB-C Annex A, B, and C, and DVB-S/S2/S2X. Additionally, there is an option to add DAB and DAB+ analysis.
Optical Measurements
Measure new high-throughput networks. Upon activating the fiber optic input and with an optical receiver (selective or not), in addition to enabling RFoG installation analysis, it is possible to measure optical attenuation at three wavelengths (1310nm, 1490nm, and 1550nm) and its power.
IPTV
Beyond radio frequency. Demodulation and analysis of IPTV streams (Unicast and Multicast), not only displaying video but also indicating total throughput and transmission speed of each service, along with information on each service (SID, VPID, AID, audio and video transmission speed profile). Protocol measurements are also analyzed, such as UDP Payload Bitrate, IP Payload Bitrate, and Packet Arrival Minimum and Maximum. Quality measurements reflect Media Loss Rate and Delay Factor, which indicate packet loss and delay for each packet.
LTE CHECK
Interference-free installation. Analyzes the impact of LTE signals on DVB-T channels, detecting the need for filtering. Allows spectrum simulation with an LTE filter applied. A list of filters suitable for the given installation is displayed. Compatible with LTE700 (5G) and LTE790 (4G).
OK/Error Indicators
Aid in decision-making. Reduce errors with OK/Error indicators! They help interpret measurement results more easily and quickly. Various indicator thresholds are available for different locations: headends, trunk amplifiers, splitters, outlets, etc. Thresholds can also be configured according to user needs.
100% Automatic
Automatic detection of all input signal parameters. After connecting the input signal to MOSAIQ6, the meter automatically detects the signal. It first searches for the standard, then for all signal parameters. It is no longer necessary to specify the standard and its parameters. Simply connect the RF cable to the meter, and it will automatically identify the standard (DVB-T/T2, DVB-C, QAM-B, ISDB-T for terrestrial band, DVB-S/S2/S2X for satellite band, IPTV, etc.) and all parameters related to that standard.
Satellite Identification
MOSAIQ6 does it for you. After connecting the RF cable to MOSAIQ6, the meter automatically detects which satellite the antenna is directed towards.
Echo
Optimal signal reception. In capturing DVB-T and DVB-T2 signals, minimizing echo is crucial as it can cause reception problems. MOSAIQ6 allows visualization of echo present in the received signal, enabling the installer to minimize its level for optimal reception.
User Profiles
The simplest way to configure MOSAIQ6. MOSAIQ6 allows saving several profiles according to the type of installation. This function eliminates the need to select parameters for each measurement. Simply select the appropriate profile, and all meter parameters will be configured automatically.
Measurement Saving: Macrolog & Datalog
Save all details of a signal in 32 GB of internal memory. When performing measurements or diagnosing problems, it is possible to save signal parameter data for later analysis or to generate reports on completed work. In addition to saving measurements, screenshots can also be saved. Furthermore, the Macrolog programming function allows repeating and saving measurement data by specifying only the time interval between two consecutive measurements. Take your information with you without needing to transport the meter. Simply export the data to external USB storage.
On-Screen Manual
Resolve any doubts in real-time. MOSAIQ6 features an on-screen manual function directly on the meter. Resolve doubts or follow instructions in real-time, without needing a printed version of the document.
(*) Requirements: SW v1.38 or higher, HW from v2019.
GPS Option for Coverage Analysis
Geolocation of installations. With the GPS option, measurements can be displayed on a map at the exact location where they were taken, allowing for coverage analysis. To access details of each measurement, double-click the image.
(*) Optional accessory: Cat. No. 596201.
Wi-Fi Analyzer 2.4/5 GHz
All communication interfaces. This function allows comprehensive analysis of the entire Wi-Fi band (2.4 and 5 GHz) to find, identify, and measure all available Wi-Fi networks. For this, MOSAIQ6 offers 4 different analysis functions:
- Wi-Fi List: Shows a list of all detected networks and for each identifies: SSID, BSSID, channel, frequency, encryption mode, and access point strength.
- Wi-Fi Measurements: For a specific network, it shows the current access point strength value and a graph of its changes over a selected time interval.

- Channel Map: Displays a graph with the distribution of channels for detected Wi-Fi networks. (*) Optional accessory: Cat. No. 596202.
Analog TV
Analog channel analysis. Function enabling visualization and measurement of analog television channels that are still used in television systems based on transmodulators. Measurement of signals from 20 to 128dBμV, C/N up to 52dB, and V/A up to 30dB. (*) Optional accessory: Cat. No. 596203.
DAB/DAB+
Digital radio at your fingertips. Function enabling DAB channel demodulation. Signal quality measurements, such as MER and CBER, and detailed information on transmitted services: radio information (Ensemble, PTY, Service, Mode, Audio-, audio bit rate). Power measurement between 20 and 128dBμV, C/N, and MER for these signal types. (*) Optional accessory: Cat. No. 596204.
