Tariff and Charges
Data usage charges vary based on your chosen option. GlocalMe offers data packages for over 120 countries or a "Pay As You Go" (PAYG) option. Data packages are recommended for long-term use.
2 Charging Options
- PAYG (Pay As You Go): Pay per MB used. For example, in Germany, it might be €0.05 per MB with a daily cap of €10. The billing cycle resets if you move to a different country/region within 24 hours.
- Data Packages: Purchase data packages (Country/Region/Global) using your account balance via the GlocalMe App. PAYG is enabled by default when no data packages are active.
For more information, refer to the GlocalMe App or website (www.glocalme.com).
Initial Account and Initial Data
The initial package is global and valid for 365 days after activation. Initial data is automatically transferred to your bound GlocalMe account. It is used before other data packages or PAYG.
Terms and Conditions for Data Packages
Data packages activate automatically in the coverage area. If multiple packages for the same country exist, the new one activates only after the current one is depleted. Packages are used based on purchase time (earlier first). Multiple packages can be purchased for a region. Unactivated data packages are refundable within 90 days.
Note: Data packages are updated periodically; check the GlocalMe website and App for details.
Recharge
If your account balance is insufficient, you cannot access the internet. Top up your account using methods like Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, and Alipay. The top-up value is converted to local currency based on the monthly exchange rate.
