How to Use GlocalMe Cloud SIM Service
(Highly Recommended)
1. Download GlocalMe App
Download and install the GlocalMe app on your mobile phone.
2. Create a GlocalMe Account (In App)
Open the app, click Login, then Register. Follow the on-screen steps to create an account using your email or mobile phone number.
3. Link the Numen Air to GlocalMe App
Open the GlocalMe App, navigate to Device, then select Add a device by QR code. Scan the QR code located on the back of your Numen Air device.
4. Purchase GlocalMe Data Plans (In App)
Choose the data plans that best suit your needs within the app. This step can be skipped if you already purchased a data plan with your device.
5. Turn On Numen Air
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. If the device is unresponsive, please charge it first. If the device was powered on during the linking process, restart it.
6. Connect To Wi-Fi
Locate the Wi-Fi hotspot name and password on the Numen Air's screen or its back panel. Search for the "GlocalMe" network on your mobile device and connect using the provided password.
Tips: The initial setup may take a few minutes. Please be patient.
7. Data Flow Protection Reminder
This feature helps manage data usage. Enable it to prevent excessive data consumption from automatic app downloads, updates, and cloud synchronization. If you encounter issues accessing the App Store, disable this function.
8. USB Tethering
Connect your Numen Air to a Windows PC using the original USB data cable to share its internet connection without Wi-Fi. Manual configuration is available via More > USB Network.
How To Use A Physical SIM Card?
(Numen Air also supports local SIM cards)
1. Insert A SIM Card
Use a pin tool to open the SIM card slot. Insert a Nano-SIM card into the slot as indicated. Numen Air supports Nano-SIM cards only.
2. Switch to SIM Card Mode
After inserting a physical SIM card, the system will display a notification: "CloudSIM is detected and connected to SIM card network". You can manually switch to SIM card mode via the setting interface: HyperConn > SIM Card Manager.
SIM Card Management
Unlock SIM Card (If PIN Protected)
If your SIM card requires a PIN, enter it on the device screen to unlock the card.
Set the APN Manually
If network connection issues persist after following the initial steps, you may need to manually configure the APN. Navigate to HyperConn > SIM card manager > SIM Card > APN settings. Enter your SIM card provider's APN details and save the configuration.
Hotspot Configuration
Hotspot Name and Password
The default Wi-Fi hotspot name is typically "GlocalMe_xxxxxx". The password can be found on the device screen or the back panel.
Frequency Band Selection
Choose your preferred Wi-Fi frequency band: 5 GHz for faster speeds or 2.4 GHz for wider coverage.
Data Packages
Purchase data plans directly through the GlocalMe app:
- Day Pass: 2GB high speed data
- Monthly Pass: 100GB high speed data
- Year Pass: 150GB high speed data per month
- 10GB for 15 days

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)
This section provides information on the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), which measures how the body absorbs RF energy. It details compliance with established SAR limits (1.6 W/kg or 2.0 W/kg depending on the region) for body-worn operation, ensuring the device meets safety guidelines.
