Assembly Options

This desk can be assembled with a left or right side extension. Please select an option and proceed with assembly.

• Option A | Left Side Extension: Desk frame will extend out to the left side, with a short right side. (Refer to pages 9-14)
• Option B | Right Side Extension: Desk frame will extend out to the right side, with a short left side. (Refer to pages 15-20)

ASSEMBLY OPTION A | Left Side Extension

A-STEP 4: Install Anti-Vibration Pads

Affix Anti-Vibration Pads (T) to the desk frame and Connector Bracket (N). Insert Inner Crossbar (V) into Short Corner Crossbar (E) and Straight Outer Crossbar (D). Connector Brackets (N) will be installed later.

A-STEP 5: Assemble Desktop

Connect Left, Middle, and Right Desktop pieces (A, B, C) together using Desktop Connectors (O), M5x16mm Screws (S-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.

A-STEP 6: Install Connector Brackets

Begin connecting the frame to the desktop by placing assemblies as shown. Secure Inner Crossbar (V) using M6x11mm Screws (S-D) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Secure Connector Bracket (N) to Long Corner Crossbar (F) and Angled Outer Crossbar (G) using M6x8mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

A-STEP 7: Secure Frame & Desktop

Secure the frame to the desktop using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a Phillips screwdriver, following the screw locations shown. Connect Control Panel (Q) to the desktop using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a Phillips screwdriver.

A-STEP 8: Install Sync Rod

Loosen the coupling nut on Short Sync Rod (H) and Long Sync Rod (I). Insert the hex shaft from Short Sync Rod (H) into Right Leg (K) and Long Sync Rod (I) into Left Leg (M), ensuring the metal retaining ring makes contact with the leg. Verify all three legs are the same height; if not, turn the sync rods clockwise to raise the corresponding leg, and counter-clockwise to lower. Extend onto Motorized Leg (L). Tighten coupling nuts, then tighten both set screws on the ends of sync rods using 2mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

A-STEP 9: Connect Power Cables

Connect AC Adapter (R) and the cable from the Motorized Leg (L) to the Control Panel (Q). If needed, use Extension Cable (S) to extend the cable length from the Motorized Leg (L). Use Cable Clips (U) to secure cables to the desktop.

ASSEMBLY OPTION B | Right Side Extension

B-STEP 4: Install Anti-Vibration Pads

Affix Anti-Vibration Pads (T) to the desk frame and Connector Bracket (N). Insert Inner Crossbar (V) into Angled Outer Crossbar (G) and Long Corner Crossbar (F). Connector Brackets (N) will be installed later.

B-STEP 5: Assemble Desktop

Connect Left, Middle, and Right Desktop pieces (A, B, C) together using Desktop Connectors (O), M5x16mm Screws (S-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.

B-STEP 6: Install Connector Brackets

Begin connecting the frame to the desktop by placing assemblies as shown. Secure Inner Crossbar (V) using M6x11mm Screws (S-D) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Secure Connector Bracket (N) to Straight Outer Crossbar (D) and Short Corner Crossbar (E) using M6x8mm Screws (S-A) and 5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

B-STEP 7: Secure Frame & Desktop

Secure the frame to the desktop using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a Phillips screwdriver, following the screw locations shown. Connect Control Panel (Q) to the desktop using M5x16mm Screws (S-C) and a drill.

B-STEP 8: Install Sync Rod

Loosen the coupling nut on Short Sync Rod (H) and Long Sync Rod (I). Insert the hex shaft from Short Sync Rod (H) into Left Leg (M) and Long Sync Rod (I) into Right Leg (K), ensuring the metal retaining ring makes contact with the leg. Verify all three legs are the same height; if not, turn the sync rods clockwise to raise the corresponding leg, and counter-clockwise to lower. Extend onto Motorized Leg (L). Tighten coupling nuts, then tighten both set screws on the ends of sync rods using 2mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

B-STEP 9: Connect Power Cables

Connect AC Adapter (R) and the cable from the Motorized Leg (L) to the Control Panel (Q). If needed, use Extension Cable (S) to extend the cable length from the Motorized Leg (L). Use Cable Clips (U) to secure cables to the desktop.

CONTROLLER - USER MANUAL

Memory Presets

Press any number and the desk will return to the programmed height. See Programming Memory Presets for details.

Arrow Keys

Press and hold the UP arrow for the desk to begin raising. Release when the desk reaches the desired height. Press and hold the DOWN arrow to lower the desk. Release the button when the desired height is reached.

Memory Mode

To save a set height, press and hold the "1" button for 5 seconds until "H1" appears. Your height setting is now stored. Follow steps for the other numerical buttons to save up to four height settings.

Reset Mode

If the height of the desk is incorrect, press the down arrow until the desk moves to the fully lowered position. Press and hold the down arrow. "RES" will be displayed, and the leg will lower and rebound upwards. Release the down arrow, and your frame has been reset.

Child Safety Lock

Press and hold buttons 1 & 2 for two seconds. "LOC" will be displayed when the controller is locked. Repeat the process to unlock.

Switching Units

Press and hold buttons 1 & 3 for two seconds.

Change Detection Sensitivity

Press and hold buttons 1 & 4 for two seconds until the Display shows "n". Use the up and down arrows to select "OFF," Low (L), Normal (N), or Heavy (H). Wait two seconds to save.

Troubleshooting

Error Code E10: Sensorless Alarm

This alarm is triggered when the sensor cannot be detected. Power off the desk and check the connection between the motor and control panel, then re-power.

Error Code E20: Overload Alarm

Remove desk items and try again.

Error Code E02: Rebound Protection

Check for desk vibration, obstacles, or desk incline. If no issues are found, complete the reset process and try again.

Error Code E32: Overvoltage Alarm

Voltage is higher than the allowed value. Power off the desk and check the connection between the power and control panel. Power on again.

Error Code E31: Undervoltage Alarm

Voltage is lower than the required value. Power off the desk and check the connection between the power and control panel. Power on again.

Error Code HOT: Overheated Alarm

Power off and wait 18 minutes before use again.
