How to Use the Smart Life Application

Downloading the Smart Life Application

To download the "Smart Life" application:

• Search for the "Smart Life" application in the Google Play store or the App Store.
• Alternatively, scan the QR code found on the product packaging with your smart device.

Account Registration and Login

Open the application. If you are a new user, click on the "Register" button. If you already have an account, click on the "login with existing account" button.

Enter your email address. A security code will be sent to this address. Enter the security code in the provided field, then set up a password consisting of 6 to 20 characters.

Connecting the Lamp to a Smart Device

1. Open the application and click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click on "Add Device".
3. Select the "Lighting" tab on the left side.
4. For ceiling lamps, select "Ceiling lamp WiFi". For light sources, select "Lightsource WiFi".
5. Connect your smart device to the Wi-Fi network you wish to use.
6. The Wi-Fi connection may request your Wi-Fi network password during configuration.
7. Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is 2.4 GHz.
8. Note: Some routers have a limit of 8 devices that can be paired.
9. Turn on Bluetooth and GPS. This is typically only required for the first pairing.
10. Switch on the lamp. The lamp will automatically pulse to indicate it is ready for pairing.
11. If the lamp does not pulse after switching it on, a RESET is needed. To reset, switch the lamp off and on 3 times using the wall switch until it starts pulsing.
12. If the lamp is blinking, click the "Confirm the indicator blinks or breathes" button within the application on your smart device.
13. Select "Blink quickly" if the lamp blinks rapidly, or "Blink Slowly" if it blinks slowly.
14. Pairing will begin. Once completed, you will be able to use the lamp with your smart device.
15. The remote control does not require pairing.

Controlling the Luminaire with the Application

• Dimmer button: Adjusts luminous flux and color temperature.
• Scene button: Selects pre-set lighting mode settings.
• Schedule: Allows timing of the luminaire's lighting.

Sharing the Luminaire Control

To share control of the luminaire:

1. Navigate to Editing > Share Device > Add sharing.
2. Enter the phone number of another smartphone or the email address of another user registered in the application with whom you wish to share control.

Resetting the Lamp

To reset the lamp, switch it off and on 3 times using the wall switch. The lamp will begin to blink again, indicating it is ready for pairing.

Removing a Device

In the application, within the lamp's menu, select the "Edit" option, and then choose the "Remove Device" option at the bottom.
