This document provides instructions and information for the ENCORE True Wireless Earbuds.

Charging the Case
- The charging case is used to charge the earbuds and it must be fully charged before first use.
- Keep it fully charged to ensure the earbuds can be charged.
- To charge the case, insert the larger USB end of the included USB cable into a USB power adapter or a computer's USB port.
- Connect the smaller Micro-USB end of the cable into the Micro-USB port of the charging case.
- The light indicator on the case will turn solid red when charging and will turn solid green when charging is complete. Unplug the power source when charging is complete.
Charging the Earbuds
- Insert each earbud into the charge slots, ensuring the charge contacts on the bottom of the earbuds line up and connect with the contacts within the charge slots.
- Press the power button on both earbuds (or place them in the case if they are auto-pairing).
- The light indicator on the charging case will turn a solid blue when the earbuds are charging.
- The light indicator on the earbuds will turn red while charging and will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.
- NOTE: If earbuds are inside the charge case, they will pause playing while music is playing. Fully charge the battery as explained above to resume normal operation.
Wireless Earbuds Operation
- Make sure both earbuds are charged as explained above.
- Ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth is activated.
- The earbuds will automatically turn on when removed from the charging case. If they do not turn on, press and hold the power buttons on both earbuds for 4 seconds until the indicator lights glow blue.
- The earbuds will automatically sync with each other. The earbuds' indicator light will blink red and blue. The other earbud's indicator light will blink blue slowly.
- On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "ENCORE" from the list.
- Once paired, the earbuds' indicator lights will blink blue slowly.
- To play/pause music, click the power button on either earbud once.
- To skip to the next track, double-click the power button on either earbud.
- To answer/end a call, click the power button on either earbud once.
- To reject a call, press and hold the power button on either earbud for 2 seconds.
- To activate voice assistant (Siri/Google Assistant), triple-click the power button on either earbud.
- NOTE: If no signal or audio playback for 3 minutes, the earbuds will automatically disconnect from your device. They will reconnect automatically when placed back into the charging case.
Power Button
The power/play button on the charging case can be used to manually turn the earbuds on/off, play/pause music, answer/end calls, and activate voice assistants.
Light Indicator
The light indicator on the charging case and earbuds provides status information regarding charging and pairing.
- Charging Case (Charging Earbuds): Solid blue light indicates earbuds are charging. Light turns off when fully charged.
- Earbuds (Charging): Red light indicates charging. Light turns off when fully charged.
- Earbuds (Pairing): Blinking red and blue lights.
- Earbuds (Connected): Slow blinking blue light.
Micro-USB Charge Input
Located on the bottom of the charging case, this port is used to charge the case via the included USB cable.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. Battery Safety
BATTERY DISPOSAL: The crossed-out wheelie-bin symbol ♻️ means that you may not dispose of this product together with general household waste. Instead, take it to a recycling point for electrical and electronic equipment. For more information about local recycling points, contact your local authority, civic amenity site or the business where you purchased this product. The separate collection and recycling of used items of electrical and electronic equipment prevents any harmful substances they contain from harming human health and polluting the environment.
This product is fitted with a Li-Polymer battery. Do not damage, open or dismantle the battery and do not use it in damp and/or corrosive environments. Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F).
