Charging the Charge Case

The charge case is used to charge the earbuds and must be fully charged before first use. Regularly keep the charge case fully charged for maximum performance. If unused for a while, it is recommended to fully charge the battery.

1. Insert the USB-C connector of the included USB cable into the small USB-C charging input port on the charge case.
2. Insert the larger USB end of the cable into a computer's USB port or a compatible USB DC 5V wall charger (not included) to charge via a standard wall outlet. The indicator lights will blink while charging and will turn solid when charging is complete. Unplug from the power source when charging is complete.

⚠️ CAUTION: The USB charging cable included with this item is intended for use only with this product. Only use the included USB charging cable to charge this product.

Charging the Earbuds

The earbuds must be fully charged before first use. The charge case must also be fully charged for maximum performance. To charge:

1. Insert the left and right earbuds into their corresponding charge slots, aligning the charge contacts on the bottoms of the earbuds with the contacts within the charge slots.
2. Close the lid of the charging case. The light indicator on the charge case will turn solid when earbuds are charging and will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.

NOTE: When battery power is low, the LED may blink red and/or an alerting sound may play, even during music playback. Fully charge the battery as explained above to resume normal operation.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged as explained above.
2. Remove both earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically pair and connect with each other. When successfully connected, one earbud's LED indicator light will flash rapidly, signaling readiness for pairing with a Bluetooth compatible device.
3. To pair the synced earbuds with your audio device, activate its Bluetooth function. The device should automatically recognize the earbuds, allowing you to select "PrimeAudio". Once connected, the earbud LED indicator lights will turn off, indicating successful pairing. You can now enjoy wireless audio within a 33ft range.
4. To unpair or remove a Bluetooth compatible device, turn off the Bluetooth function on that device. The earbuds can then be paired with a new compatible device.

NOTE: If the earbuds are not connected to a Bluetooth device within 5 minutes of powering on, they will turn off automatically.

NOTE: When powered on, the wireless earbuds will automatically connect with the last successfully paired audio device.

Wireless Earbuds Operation

1. Before playback, set your audio device's volume to a medium level as a safe starting point. Volume is controlled solely by your audio device.
2. To play audio, single-click the function button on either earbud. To pause, click again.
3. To answer an incoming call, single-click the function button on either earbud. To end the call, click again.
4. To reject an incoming call, press and hold the function button on either earbud for one second.

NOTE: The two earbuds work together for music playback; only one earbud functions during phone calls.

5. To disconnect and power off the earbuds, press and hold the function button on one earbud for approximately five seconds; the other earbud will also turn off automatically. Alternatively, deactivate Bluetooth on your device. Ensure earbuds are powered off when not in use.
6. To activate Siri, Google Assistant, or other voice assistants, press and hold the function button on either earbud for 1.5 seconds until a tone is heard (compatible devices only).

NOTE: Low earbud power or low audio device power may cause poor operation or no Bluetooth connection.

Battery Safety: This product is fitted with a Li-Polymer battery. Do not damage, open, or dismantle the battery. Do not use it in damp or corrosive conditions. Only use compatible chargers. Never dispose of batteries in fire or expose them to high temperatures. Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F).

Battery Disposal: The crossed-out wheelie-bin symbol ?️ means this product must not be disposed of with general household waste. Instead, take it to a recycling point for electrical and electronic equipment. For local recycling point information, contact your local authority, civic amenity site, or the retailer where you purchased the product. Proper disposal prevents harmful substances from harming human health and the environment.
