Charging the Charge Case

The charge case must be fully charged before first use and regularly for maximum performance.

1. Insert the micro-USB connector of the included USB cable into the micro-USB charging input port on the charge case.
2. Insert the larger USB end of the cable into a USB port on a computer or a compatible USB DC 5V wall charger (not included).
3. The indicator light will blink while charging and turn solid when charging is complete. Unplug when finished.

Note: If earbuds are inside the case, they will pause charging while the case is being charged.

Charging the Earbuds

The earbuds must be fully charged before first use. The charge case should also be fully charged.

1. Insert the left and right earbuds into their corresponding charge slots, ensuring the charge contacts align.
2. Close the lid of the charging case. The light indicator on the case will turn solid while earbuds are charging and turn off when fully charged.

Note: If earbuds are inside the case, they will pause charging while the case is being charged.

Note: Low battery may cause the LED to blink red or an alerting sound. Fully charge the battery to resume normal operation.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged.
2. Remove both earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically pair with each other. One earbud's LED will flash rapidly when ready for pairing.
3. Activate the Bluetooth function on your audio device. It should recognize the earbuds as "PrimeAudio". Select it to pair.
4. Once paired, the earbud LED indicator lights will flash to signal the connection. You can now enjoy wireless audio up to 33 ft (10m) away.
5. To unpair, turn off the Bluetooth function on your audio device. The earbuds can then be paired with a new device.

Note: If not connected to a Bluetooth device within 5 minutes, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

Note: When powered on, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device.

Wireless Earbuds Operation

Volume Control: Adjust volume on your audio device. Start with medium volume.

• Play/Pause: Click the function button on either earbud once.
• Answer/End Call: Click the function button on either earbud once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the function button on either earbud for one second.
• Disconnect/Power Off: Press and hold the function button on one earbud for approximately five seconds; the other earbud will also turn off. Alternatively, deactivate Bluetooth on your device. Power off earbuds when not in use.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri, Google Assistant): Press and hold the function button on either earbud for 1.5 seconds until a tone is heard (compatible devices only).

Note: Low battery on earbuds or audio device may cause poor operation or connection issues.

Additional Functions

• Previous Song: Press the function button on the left earbud three times.
• Next Song: Press the function button on the right earbud three times.
• Volume Down: Press the function button on the left earbud two times.
• Volume Up: Press the function button on the right earbud two times.

Safety and Compliance

FCC Compliance: This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not approved by the manufacturer may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

RF Exposure: The device meets general RF exposure requirements and can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.

Battery Safety: Contains a Li-Polymer battery. Do not damage, open, or dismantle the battery. Do not use in damp conditions. Use only compatible chargers. Do not dispose of batteries in fire or expose to high temperatures. Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F).

Battery Disposal: Do not dispose of this product with general household waste. Take it to a recycling point for electrical and electronic equipment. Contact local authorities for recycling information.

Caution: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.

General Cautions:

• This is not a toy. Keep away from small children.
• Keep the unit away from water and heat.
• Do not overcharge the battery.
• Do not operate the charge case with a damaged cable.
